Im a licensed cosmetologist for 3 decades and I know that the once a week routine adds moisture to African textures of hair and seal it with conditioner until next wash. Vinegar brings hair to a PH of around 4.5 the ph of the hair shaft. Recall when the Jerry curl made our hair grow? It was the continuous moisture. EverydayI shut my bathroom door in bathroom and fills it with steam and it restores moisture when you put a dime sized oil any type olive, coconut or crissco . Black hair needs moisture, cleaning and oil and it will grow. I don't use a comb or brush unlless teeth are like 1 inch apart in the steamed room
@@idilabdikadir3986 my friend is 65 and her hair is still growing. It is past shoulder length. Thinner, but still growing. If you don't stress it out, you will still have a head of hair into your 90's.
I retain more length when my hair is relaxed...i went natural for a year and regretted it.my hair was in the worst condition..im now on the way to healthy relaxed hair
Saw the menorah in the thumbnail and clicked on the video to subscribe....and it is the Shabbat too! Shabbat shalom sister!! 🕎 Your hair is nice, by the way 😍
Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️ *What is the Gospel?* The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Romans 10:9 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. JESUS CHRIST can come anytime! Sis, you are absolutely beautiful and your hair - wow. God is truly good to you. I am on my own hair journey. I pray it will be your length one day (just getting to my shoulders now).

Love the “I don’t get wrapped up in that” perspective. I need to adopt that attitude. If I had that attitude, my hair wouldn’t have fallen out from trying other people’s regimen.
Yay!! All Praises!! Shalom, this is my first time seeing a fellow Hebrew sister while scanning for new natural hair videos! So exciting!! Great tips and beautiful hair my sister.
Lies! Just another way they can promote their creamy crack products and also have us NOT loving our natural hair. Natural hair is so gorgeous & extremely unique & THICK!
There's something extra inspiring about your hair journey being full heritage Black. I appreciate this on a higher level. You are the true meaning of beautiful for Nubian people. Thanks for sharing.

HALALUYAH!!! SHALOM SIS !! TODAH FOR SHARING!! SO GLAD TO SEE A HEBREW NATURAL HAIR CARE CHANNEL ... YOUR HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL AS ARE YOU !! YOU GLOWING BEAUTIFUL!!! . SHARING IN OUR SISTAHLOVE GROUP!!!!
Your hair is so nice and thick, I remember my hair being really thick while I was pregnant with my kids and that is when it grew really fast. It continues to grow fast as long as I apply plenty of moisture to it, so that I prevent it from drying out.
@Claudia Wallace I'm referring to my husband as lord as our formother Sarah did as you read in 1 Peter 3:6. Lord is just a title used to address the man as the head. The same as we address Christ as being Lord (the head) over us
@Claudia Wallace Don’t say “black women”, it’s not only black who do that and, I’ve never heard of any women of any race doing that personally. Don’t generalize an entire race of people/women. Black women are not ‘strange’.
Even if you want to believe Genetics plays a part, her hair wouldn't grow if it were damaged (split ends, etc.) so these tips are good for "Anyone" who wants their hair to be as healthy (long) as it can be.
I have a problem with this verse. I know a lot of people who can't grow their hair due to alopecia or health reasons. Does it mean they don't have glory or a covering?
I saw the menorah first and was excited!😃 A fellow Torah keeper, yay!🙏🏽🕎 Will be checking out by our videos. Your hair is beautiful and healthy. Shalom Sis!
What is the purpose of replacing the word? It’s not another language so what “religion” requires a Woman refer to her husband as her “Lord?” So then who do you pray to?? The Lord Sr.?
Yessssss lol.. It takes a humble woman to say that. Sarah called her husband Abraham her Lord. Give these men their proper respect! And stop putting them down.
@@NinaBaby210 It's Israelite culture. Our foremother Sarah called Abraham "Lord" so we also call our husbands "Lord". 1 Peter 3:6 [6]Euen as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him Lord, whose daughters ye are as long as ye doe well, and are not afraid with any amazement.
Im glad that I saw this video I recently had a incident where I had to Chop off my wait length hair. so the hair that I was able to keep I am starting my hair journey again. 21 inches to go. God Bless PS you are beautiful inside and out!
Shalom sis! Enjoyed your videos on scalp and hair maintenance...I'm loc'd natural and am a culprit of not moisturizing my hair enough. Thanks for all you tips!
Meek & Chic you have beautiful hair...Truly a glory to you. Rule of thumb for the apple cider rinse: 3 parts distilled water to 1 part apple cider vinegar
I am sure genetics us a big part of your hair growth as well. Our hair has so many different textures an curl tense. But it all grows. We have to deal 2 the object texture of hair. I am older an had extremely coarse thick hair. Like you when I find what works I stick to that. At age 67 I have to do a lot f hair vitamins an i t handle my hair so much.It is getting thicker with aloe an my other oils. Castor, olive, coconut oil an rice water an rosemary. I am enjoying your sharing. Thank You
People need to be choosing what information they put into their heads about black peoples hair. Everybody's hair is always growing but a lot of black people didn't know anything about taking care of their hair...it just kept on growing but would break off so no length was retained in order to have growth. Get to understand your hair and find out what works for you !
@@rmaddwilliams5064 Yes any carrier oil will do, but olive oil, coconut oil and avocado oil are penetrating oils as well as good carrier oils for rosemary and peppermint which are essential oils. Essential oils should NOT be used without carrier oils. Be Blessed.
@@erickaransom236 well they ALL WORK FOR ME. Just saying most of us shouldn't worry about it too much as they all function the same essentially. Same to you!
Lovely hair. I am simple w/my products as well & I definitely agree w/things being budget friendly cause lawd knows I cannot afford a lot of things people are using. I notice most w/very long hair use some sort of peppermint product..guess I'm gonna have to find some.."budget friendly" of course😀. Well, thank you for sharing & being honest about what you use. I appreciate your time. God bless!
Wooooooow! beautiful hair, beautiful lady, melanin popping, couldn't help it but hit the subscribe button, am relaxed, but want to follow your hair journey .Tfs!
Beautiful hair! I totally agree with you on the trimming. If your goal is super long hair, stay away from the heat so you don't have to do all of the excess trimming. Bring the moisture all the way down your hair shaft to the very ends and keep your hands out of your head. My length could have been much farther along if I wasn't trimming off ends that weren't even split trying to stay on a schedule.
Shalom sis black is beautiful. That hair is amazing you are blessed. So do you take vitamins? Please do a video on what you eat. I would be interested to see your daughters regimen. Love your simplicity and proven results.
Who didn’t like you shampooing your hair once a month? I genuinely didn’t understand that part. Sorry english is not my first language!😅 I’m in pre poo now while watching you tho I have completely different type of hair, I also wash my her weekly but twice a week. But your hair definitely don’t need more than once a week! You look great!💜 Love from Germany 🇩🇪 xxx
God bless you Princess. Love your presentation cause you really are keeping it all real...your hair, your attitude towards what's on the market vs affordability & lack of of need for certain things others preach about.. i love your sincerity as well the kids in tbe background...now that's on the real, REAL! LOVE u...thank you for the info. Glad I fell upon your video as I too am transitioning n have not done the big chop. But like you, tried n went back n forth 2x. Now, i haven't been relaxed goin on 2 yrs.& you're right, i clip ends as needed! Not really interested have having curly type...just want my hair back thicker...so i know I'm not going b in to all that stuff many are in too. I like your regime n i like tbe way you wear yours. I'll b watching out for more from you😉
All.praises!! Thank you sis! I look forward to making more vids...I'm so happy it was helpful to you. Yes continue to show your hair some love and you will reap the fruits of it! :)
It's so nice to see someone with hair exactly like mines with such beautiful length and hair, I've been natural all my life but struggling to pass the shoulders, I moisture my hair with the LCO method now, my hair is like your daughter when I saying drinks moisture, its DRINKS moisture and I wear a satin bonnet, the next day it would look like I never put anything in it the day before, I also deep condition now for the last couple of months but not seeing much progress, have clip the ends too and put heat protector when blowing after washing hair. Any more tips?
If you have hard water and or chlorine and fluoride in your water, that can definitely dry out your hair and skin and make your hair feel hard. If you have that in your water, I would suggest get water filter for your shower and other places in your home. Try using actual aloe Vera plant to moisture your hair. For me as 4b/c head, it moisturizes my hair really good. Just make sure to get rid of the yellow part inside the plant that stink or it will make you itch. Also if you wet your hair on a regular or rinse occasionally, you can use warm water instead of cold hair. For me personally with my 4bc hair, I have to worry less bout moisture as dryness in the cooler, cold, and humid temper and have to moisturize my hair more in dry hot temp or it will get dry
You probably have High porosity hair. Your hair shafts are wide open so it receive water quickly and dumps it out just as fast. I had the same problem. Using the water LCO method. It locks your moisture in better. Water ( or Aloe Vera Juice) + Leave In or Cream+ Sealing Oil. I don't use both a leave in and cream bc I don't want product build up.
