I used to believe that anxiety & depression was all fake. I thought it was something that people made up to get out of things or because they wanted a certain amount of attention. After struggling with anxiety for a couple of years, I realized that I wasn't educated on the impacts that anxiety can have on someones life. Anxiety is real, and the mind if a powerful tool that can work against you, or you can use to to work in your favor. In this podcast I talk about how my health anxiety manifested into muscle twitches. I also talk about the things I do to manage it my health anxiety.
