He is told "Here is some flying magazines you can look at", perhaps they should have added "And here is some leaflets on funeral plans if you ever try to get it off the ground"
Believe it or not, cutting edge developers could still be able to pick a couple of details from this young man's madmax junk to further develop to perfection. The blame here however, is African governments' lack of putting a meaning to their institutions. Many Africans governments are too colonized mentally and physically they'd rather be impressed by Western subjects engineering endeavours and products rather than raise their own out of the dust. If the guy have had access to metal machining resources since, I'm 100% sure he would be able to give these spinning parts some thrush into the air in 10yrs or even less.
@@mbembadrammeh9674 no. This is a piece of junk. He's reached the ceiling, his intelligence goes no higher. It's like claiming that if you teach a dog enough algebra he'll be solving equations after a few years, he won't. The African mind, on its own will not and cannot rival that of the rest of the world. They are eons behind
At first I thought that this is an absolutely decent helicopter, and this man has achieved something exceptional by building it himself... then i saw the real thing.
I just feel sorry for this guy. So much enthusiasm yet has no means to buy the necessities to build his dream. It broke my heart seeing all the scrap he had to collect and put together without a welder, or tools to make it look like a helicopter. And to the Gentlemen who made this mans day. Thank you and God bless you. We need more kind hearted men like you, and strong willed positive men like the Gentleman with the project.
It might not hurt to have an actual engine hooked up to the main prop too. It's cute that he's got a pull-start lawn mower engine running the rear prop though.
you're a genius! selling that thing as art is the only plausible way to make money from it, and I think it could actually work. as art or a museum piece, either one.
The information to build a flying machine can be found in a few minutes from any cell phone. The basics of aerodynamics can be understood in half a days reading, enough to build a machine and understand why what goes where and what it does. I could build a basic flying machine with some aluminium poles and sailcloth and steel rope and a small engine, probably in 2 weeks or much less i would be flying around. Yet this poor chap constructs 2 tons of scrap metal and a lawnmower engine and dreams it could fly. It’s the mind of a child and no doubt the finished article looked exactly like the drawing he did 10 years ago .
Then do it …build one and we will also make a story of you. The reason you will not is because it’s much more hard to do it than it is to just ridiculously blurt out that you can also do it . Give credit where it’s due
@@orange_tweleve they’ve nearly all got a cell phone. Cell phone repair shacks are everywhere. My point is still valid, the information required to build a flying machine is obtainable in minutes. A flex wing microlight would have been much simpler to start with, but I’ve seen African attempts at making those as well, even that is beyond them. As Pastor David manning said , you were given South Africa and all its 1st world infrastructure and ruined it all. Same in Zimbabwe. Same in Harlem, Detroit, Haiti.
@Thpxs05 mate this video looks like it's from 2010s, and even if he had a smart phone, chances of him having Internet is little to non. I'm more curious as to how we even tied all those things together without even a welder. Like did he tie everything with strings 🤔
Well I guess you are dumb because IQ does not determine on how smart or dumb you are iQ determined on how fast you react to a problem or situation everyone has the same brain everyone can be as smart as the other. For an example if you are learning the same thing as someone else and pay attention you both will have the same knowledge it doesn’t matter what color or race your from. I’m a black, brown student in my school 14 years old and I have white friends that can’t understand the thing I can in geometry, global history, chemistry and sometimes U.S History and I’ve never failed any of those classes I had a 89% average last year in 9th grade and this year I’ve went down to a 86% average for the first marking period but I’ve been slacking with my study’s in my AP classes I’m also in the NJROTC program and I do very well there too. I’m also planning on becoming a pilot for American Airlines.
@@Aviationgeek21 The bottom line is that afro's never contributed anything to mankind. Just commenting here doesn't make any difference man. Don't become a self appointed expert.
The Power of 72 Virgins yeah Afros didn’t create anything the real Israelites did though the chosen people of god which are the black people that live in America today
Bravo!!!!!....this man deserves more than praise....his government should help him get his dream and make him a deal to train him to fly and become an aircraft designer/inventor....
@Maltodextrinyeah you are stupid to think that they could do any better without the right machines, resources or education that your ancestors tock from them. shows just how low your IQ is to not think about that
@@ctwentysevenj6531 if you even think a 2 year old could even pick up a piece of metal and screw it on to another piece of metal your IQ must be below 10
Lol his propellers are flat like this | when in reality they should be angled depending on if it spins clockwise or counter clock wise. No matter how great his design is or how powerful his engine is it will never fly until he gets an angled propeller. But he still deserves credit, literally no resources around him and he still created something.
IS THAT A WHEELIE BAR IN BACK END? I HATE TO SAY IT, BUT ANGLE OF ROTOR BLADES AS WHEELS TOUCH GROUND WILL BE A GRISLY SIGHT TO SEE!! Crowd will like it though!
Look Africans uploading these videos with these so called helicopters and aircraft, many are so ridiculous that looks like a child has built it like this example, are only ridiculing themselves. It shows they are incapable of building even simple mechanical things. Best not to upload these videos unless they have built a proper aircraft and it flies.
There's only one explanation on why you guys pray to talk about Africans or blacks so much and it is because you have no lived and are jealous they are the chosen.
This idiot has no idea at all on any level about the dynamics of flight, he is an imbecile who made a pile of scrap metal from a pile of scrap metal and called it a helicopter.
You guys just gave a helicopter to a man with an IQ of 65 (at best). Let's see how you feel after he kills himself along with half of his village during his first grossly overcapacitated joy-ride. I'm sure this went over like a lead balloon already --just nobody wanted to post about the resulting atrocity so they could save face. You people are just wrong on so many levels for doing this.
They have the desire, but no training or resources. Then they try to build a helicopter, which is a lot more challenging than an airplane. It would be interesting how far they could go with some training, tools and material. They should start with the basics.
Their dedication is inspiring. However, with the amount of time and money they spent trying to build a helicopter, they should've at least done some research on the basic principles upon which a copter flies...
