I don't even think you need to forgive someone in order to move....there was someone that really hurt me in my life and I let them back in my life. But I still haven't forgiven them and I don't plan to. I think people think that forgiveness is needed in order to move on

It depends on who the person is. If they're close to you, then forgiving them and omitting them from your life are like the opposite. If you're actively distancing from them then maybe you haven't forgiven them

I believe either Touya or Fuyumi is the eldest sibling, and it makes sense that Fuyumi wants the family to be happy because she was around for the time that things were actually good before what happened to Touya. Also Bakugo is rude but also correct 😂 And I love that Marketa is understanding Endeavor. I think it's amazing that this anime doesn't just lazily resolve his abuse, but puts time and realistic emotional growth into it.

Endeavor: "Recently, I keep having the same dream. My wife and children look like they're having fun around the dinner table... But I'm never at that dinner table. I know the reason why... so well that it hurts." Endeavor is fully aware of the pain and suffering that he have bestowed upon his family. That even in his dreams, he have already accepted for his family to spurn him. So he just simply distance himself to them, in order for them to be happy.

Shoto is the baby. Endeavor stopped popping out kids once he got one with the quirk he wanted. I'm also fairly certain he is the only one who is still underaged. One is in collage the other is a teacher. I feel this implies Fuyumi is older than Natsuo.

@@AECH20 Have you not seen the show? Endeavor wanted a child who has both his quirk (fire) and the mother (ice) because each quirk has a weakness. Fire will give heatstrokes and 3rd degree burns. Ice will cool you down to dangerous levels and frostbite. If the two were combined, then the weakness is canceled out.

You could see his siblings playing in the yard but there is one red head kid that we never saw grow up. He could be toya but toya had white hair in the picture. So who the heck is he, and could he be toya by any chance. I’ve really been dying to know.

For the food question that Suraj had. Prop designers and the design department are usually the ones coming up with the amazing food. It's a team of background painters, prop designers, layout artists, etc. They take the storyboard and go to town making it look that beautiful. And Marketa was describing an "effects animator", who may also be a character animator! :D

I think in the beginning Endeavor just wanted to make sure his kids wouldn’t have the drawbacks that his quirk has with the overheating which could be harmful to them which is why he married the mom, but then he got obsessed with surpassing All Might in some way which made him go overboard.

While I genuinely believe that Endeavor feels bad, it’s also kinda... hard for me to care? It all just feels like too little too late for me. And honestly, it’ll probably take a lifetime’s worth of atonement before he really proves anything to me. But yeah, bad nights and trauma aside, these were some pretty cool episodes.

All Might is talented while Endeavor had to work harder in order to master his quirk. It was mentioned in the last episode when he was giving Deku advice. Endeavor has given Deku better advice than All Might has since gaining One For All.

It's sad that the family was torn apart over the years so of course Natsuo isn't going to want to ever forgive Endeavor. Just because he's trying to be better now doesn't erase the years of mental and physical trauma he put their family through. It's his choice on whether he wants to ever forgive Endeavor.

God the 4 people couch episodes are just the best. You can actually feel the chemistry in the room and they actually pay attention to the show more because there isn't someone saying something every 10 seconds. The normal 6-8 man normie couch episodes honestly just feel like a rowdy classroom, which certainly has its appeal sometimes but I much prefer this vibe.

In a character data book it says that Midoriya's dad works somewhere overseas. He is still married to Inko, and sends them money on a regular basis. Aside from his Quirk that's basically all that's been revealed about him, but Horikoshi has mentioned wanting to add him to the plot, so he could show up eventually.

I agree with Suraj. Bakugou might have been blunt but he did have a valid point. Unless your goal is to make your guest feel very uncomfortable, don't invite people over to your house if all you're going to do is bring up family drama.

@@DeProvodo But he typically isn't the one to start it: for example, aside from quietly mumbling about how he doesn't want to be called Shouto's friend, he stays on polite if terse behavior and never gets personal during the visit (even him yelling at Deku is over a matter of etiquette, as he was chatterbox about the food they were trying to eat)

the dub is great but man the sub is just so much better, especially with episodes like this one. My biggest criticism of the dub, for this episode at least, is that endeavor doesnt sound nearly as vulnerable and remorseful when he talks compared to the dub, which is what I loved.

Marketa, you're absolutely right. I think Endeavor does have crippling anxiety. It just manifested really toxically. The more you see of him the more you notice it.

Actually shoot is the youngest because toya would be 21 and I’m pretty sure shoots sister is the oldest if not her than shoots brother who is still alive because toya is endeavors second and shoots brother said he was younger than toya
