In over all the vigilant deku arc was mid if it was in a tier list i give it a c but bottom c and here is why lets start with the negative It was to short it could have been explored deeply but nah Villains where meh except for Nagant Deku unlocked Fajin and Smoke screen and master it with no issue normally deku struggle with his quirks yet with these two quirks he didn’t struggle The Bakugo apology was like him shitty The arc was too deku center I know the arc is vigilant deku arc but these students saw the CORPSE OF THEIR TEACHER AND MENTOR also Tokoyami is chill hawks of killing twice like these students are like ooo someone died that is sad anyways And finally the cherry on top of the negatives Gran torino survived shigaraki attack this was the worst one i really dont see anyone dying at this point in mha when sir nighteye died it was impactful and i really didn’t like nighteye that much but making gran torino survive was bs(now i know lady nagant also survived but since she was shown alive post vigilante arc she doesn’t count) Now the positives We see deku take a more serious role and darker and we haven’t seen him like this since the eri arc Deku team up with the pro was a cool idea Uraraka speech was actually good deku costume was good it i love it i have this costume in mha ultra impact and mha one justice 2 but going back to why i like it shows how broken deku is And finally the concept it was an amazing concept Overall if it would had been streach out more it would have been perfect
