It's Deku time, baby! Here's a quick showing of Midoriya Izuku's base moveset in the My Hero Academia fighting game One's Justice as well as some easy-to-pull-off combos to get you started.

Kuro Boio Well, I dunno but he blast some type of energy with the CPU, Dummy or opponent must be close by the character you play as. Cause his power don’t go far.
The only characters I would really use and most of these characters i dont use to often but Deku and time to time shoot style but i use Izuku,Shoot Style Izuku,All might(Not alot),Kirishima(Only 1-3 times I have used him), and Todoroki(Not super often)
If you launch an enemy and want to follow up in the air manually (like when they're stuck in a building), just jump and press the dash button then start your air combo, if I remember correctly (at work right now and haven't played the game in a while so I'm going by memory).
skeet yeet, You can do combo by pressing square if you play on ps4. But what i’d prefer is to hit them when they are in the air and then you a EX Plus Ultra 1. I use Todoroki, Deku, Bakugo and Dabi. But if you’re using Izuku then, this comment is for you but if you used some other characters then it’s not .-.
TheBlueFlameNinja Hey no problem. Just hold the button when you do the moves until Deku glows. He will store the powered up version of the move so the next time you press the button again, he'll do the hold version. Also noticed the AI doing the hold without firing off the non-hold version first but I haven't figured out how to do that yet :(
You press the button that activates Delaware smash and once you use it hold it down into you glow green and then press the button again and then boom charged up Delaware smash
