Since Pat McGrath created this foundation, do you find some similarities between the luminous silk and the one from her own brand?

Not at all I have both and luminous is more perfecting gives a butter smooth finish on the skin and does not oxidise , while the pat one yes it’s like skin but “flat “ doesn’t enhance the skin the same way or even close of the luminous silk , and on me oxidised really bad .

Same it’s my fav. I’m shade 10 in the summer and too cheap to buy a winter shade😂😂 I’m on my second bottle. It’s the only foundation I wear most of the time

I ❤❤❤ this foundation. Even when I get a bit oily, in every single pictures I take, I glow and look other worldly ethereal in equal measures. People always ask what I have on. You are absolutely right that the longer you wear it the better it looks.

Kelsee. 👍 This is my ride or die foundation; I was matched 15+ years ago as #9, which has been consistent. Thank you for sharing that the formula has not changed since inception. Application is with a brush; but you introduced me to sponge application. The excellence continues...for Armani Luminous Silk.

OMG! I just ordered this foundation because it was on sale at Nordstrom’s. Ordered shade 5.0 and I am so excited. I also ordered the concealer. Should be here within a few days.🥰

It one of my favorites. Its photographs well...looks stunning on person. Its a soft luminous but really more satin. Im a full coverage girl but something about it speaks to me. If Pat helped created this foundation then its no wonder I love hers. I apply luminous silk with a brush then sponge like I do the rest

I love their Power Fabric foundation (I’m too oily for the Luminous Silk, though it’s STUNNING for a few hours). I’m wearing the Power Fabric for a wedding I’m in next week!

OMG...you do not need any foundation, youre making IT look good! Beautiful skin on a beautiful person :). I am on the fence about this one, but I use Power Fabric and I love it!

I ABSOLUTELY agree this is the best of the best. Love to apply the 5.25 with fingers for every day. And with by terry powder 200 on top. Use the sponge application for special flawless occasions and the Sisley poreless powder underneath ❤️😍 absolutely still in love this holy grail 😘

Looking gorgeous! That Fenty red lip is one of my favorites. I have tried it several times, because you highly recommend it, but the undertones just don't work for me, so I finally gave up.

Hi Kelsee! Armani LS is my ride or die too. Absolutely love it. I use a sponge to apply but also have just used my fingers and it applies great (it’s that good lol!). I’ve been wearing the Armani Neo Nude foundation over the summer and love that for a lighter look too. Thanks for the video!💕

Hey beautiful! You know I never liked it on its own but mixed with doublewear... phewww BANGER. On the other hand I think when they color matched me they just put me in their lightest shade thinking I’m Casper but honestly everyone who is my foundation twin is like 4-5 shades up. So yeah... I might need to retry this when I’m Looking for another foundation.

Thank you so much for the video. I am 43 year old acne prone oil tank hot mess. It’s been my lifelong struggle to keep the shine away. Anything glowy starts giving me panic attack. So I guess it’s a no for me. Xx from Australia

Does this foundation transfer? I use the YSL All Hours foundation and doesn't transfer but I can't find my perfect shade. So I'm looking for another non-transfering foundation.

This foundation is irreplaceable!I have close runner up like the smashbox studio skin but luminous silk is that unique. Is your shade match is a perfect match.Cause we are usually the same color and I m wearing 8.75.Maybe I m due for a change

I have try a sample of it and liked it. I was wondering if you have tried the Armani Beauty Power Fabric Foundation. I just wonder if that one will be better for me since I don't care for a luminous foundation. The Luminous Silk didn't feel super luminous the one time I tried it.

I find it difficult to get a match in this foundation. I'm Fenty 310 - very golden. Shade 8 was too neutral and made me look casket ready. 😂 I'm eyeing the new shade 7.75 tho. We'll see how that goes.

Oooh let me know. I'm fenty 310 too. Sometimes I'm 300 (which is neutral). I may have to get samples of 7.75 and 8.
