Teva’s are the absolute best!!!!! Their flip flops are the most comfortable that I’ve ever tried. I get one new pair at the beginning of every summer and it’s basically the only shoe I wear in the summer💜
I love your description of the inaccuracies in weigh lifting videos. Thanks for mentioning in your prior video about switching to morning workouts that it took a couple of weeks to get used to it. I'm trying two days into morning workouts. Once I'm on the bike for my warm up, I'm okay. Dragging my butt to the bike is hard. It's nice to have some idea of how long to suck it up.
I love indoor cycling too! My gym closed the class down since covid because the numbers were low. I started with a personal trainer 4 weeks ago and I love it.

The two fitness channels I use here on RU-vid that I LOVE are Yoga With Adriene and Heather Robertson. Really enjoy both their channels, plus they’re free! It’s still really hard to find good fitness equipment... we were wanting to start a home gym in our garage, thankfully I got a treadmill, bench, and dumbbells before the pandemic... sadly, we waited to long to add more stuff and we’re impatiently waiting for stuff to be available again! It was so helpful to see your gym and equipment. I love my daily moderate workouts, they are life changing and sanity saving! We made a little gym in our garage for my two boys ages 16 and 13. It’s very similar to yours. Do you have a recommendation for an app for teens? Preferably one with more modestly dressed females. I want them to learn good form and focus on body weight, cardio and light to moderate dumbbells so they don’t get hurt. Any suggestions?
I’m a little over a year postpartum and I think it’s time I finally started working out again. I keep telling myself every night “tomorrow I will wake up and work out” and every morning I’m like “I can’t work out because (insert excuse)...”
I’m not a cardio person really. I try and get 8-10k steps per day though. Occasionally I will do hiit but I mostly do strength training. I’m looking for ways to vary my strength training. Any ideas or apps you’d recommend?
Chloe Ting has helped me a lot, love her videos! Hubby turned the sunroom into our workout area (before it had wicker furniture and our cat would sleep in there, lol). We were able to find exercise equipment second hand, minus the boxing bag, and I workout in the evenings. Hubby will workout before going to work. 3am is just too early for me. He did win a free 6 week trainer course, but didn't match well with the coach. Thank you for your recommendations!

Nordic Trac’s customer service is horrible too! I don’t know what it is about these expensive purchases and their customer service. I get better service with $30 purchases from amazon 😂🤣
