Worst investment to make is in tellapur, ive been struggling to resale the property , prices are just artificially hiked , its just a bubble , investing on a flat worth more than 70 lakhs is silly, people like sheeps investing 1.5cr in tellapur is idiotic thing to do that too on flats

You missed showing the 1.5 acre real park in Tridasa which is on the north side of property next to pool....thats a great facility no where you can find in hyderabad

Each flat ki rough ga 10 lacs amenities charge chesi vuntaru, so 3000 flats collection 30 crores only for amenities charges so this has to be like a resort.
Not sure where our current education system going on without applying common sense . Earlier slums use to be there near railway track , now people are paying 7k/sft to live in such an area . Stay there for 1 hour and just observe how many trains will pass and the horrible sound . Earlier people were quoting 50k rent for 3bhk and now came down to 40k and still so many vacancies, so many adds to sell the property. Common sense is not common these days
My Home Tridasa is overhyped Low quality Project with less than 40% occupancy,, Investors are struggling to sell the flats, Too many flats available for rent with no takers. Rents went down drastically, The bigger fools are people who booked their flats in My Home Vipina, Sayuk, Akrida which is much more denser.
