Yes; flying again! One suggestion: I think your aircraft's windshield = troubles. Large downwards force on the nose, major wind resistance, and turbulent air going to the propeller and tail. Make it small and smooth, go sit a bit more leaning backward.

Virat Vaid I kind of get what he’s saying though. I think Boeing made the 737 max way to complicated with systems like the MCAS designed to override something a basic private pilot should know how to avoid (an inadvertent stall). If you know the basics this airplane is so simplistic you’ll virtually never get into trouble.

Sckupz if you look at the interior of the plane, you can see only one gauge for airspeed (I think). Usually the place where the gauges are placed are called the instrument panel, and since there is one gauge it is extremely simple. I hope this helps. Whatever you do dont just jump into this, approach it very carefully. I recommend taking some flight lessons and asking a lot of questions while in the air related to your goal from whoever the pilot is. Just an idea but, you should try to turbocharge the engine because at higher altitudes, the air is thinner and thus makes your motor produce less power. If you put on a turbo, you could get it back to a more powerful and responsive engine. This process is called "Turbo-nuetralizing" and was used during the ww2 to make planes work better at flying altitude. This also helps in fuel efficiency because it takes less throttle to get to a good cruising speed. I know im late to the video but I hope you get to see this and maybe think about this option.

I have built an electric paramotor against all odds (yup I'm in Canada, land of red tape) but haven't legally been able to fly it as no registration plate/manufacture ID/serial number. I guess you guys don't have those problems down there? Oh well, I fly off mountains which is just as good ;) Cheers!

I am sure you know - an aft CG is very dangerous. Being a little nose heavy is much safer than being a little tail heavy. I hope that the the high thrust line has not fooled you into thinking that the nose is too heavy. I think you would also benefit from lowering the front of the engine mount structure so that the thrust line comes closer to the CG - ideally, the thrust line should pass through the CG. Hard to do with a top mounted pusher but you could come closer - and that would reduce the amount of nose down pitch-over under power. Should something go wrong requiring you to use your BRS, I would be very concerned that you would be able to find that handle behind your head during the chaos of an emergency. Your life would literally depend upon finding that handle. I would recommend getting an extension and put that handle either beside you or in front of you. 12:33 Lastly, please remember to pull the pin (that red tag that says "remove before flight") on the BRS handle before flight. It is easier to remember to do this if it is within your view when seated, and it definitely should be on your checklist. You do have a checklist, right?

I'm curious here, why would you want nose heavy over tail heavy? Is it because in the event you weren't paying attention the plane would stall if it was tail heavy?
@HarmanRobotics
@HarmanRobotics 4 года назад
@@FurryKeidran98 If the nose is a little heavy then you have to put more back pressure on the stick (or trim it out) to remain in level flight but the aircraft is very stable. If tail heavy the pitch control will be very twitchy and you risk stalling - and with an aft CG you may not be able to recover from the stall.
@Justplanecrazy25
@Justplanecrazy25 4 года назад
@@HarmanRobotics Especially considering he has a T-tail configuration too. He could get into a deep stall configuration. An AFT CG wouldn't help him any in that scenario. Doubtful he could get into one of those states though. Thankfully that engine is providing a stable thrust component too, so even if it were possible, hopefully the moment would be strong enough to get him out. Looking at it more, I seriously doubt a deep stall is possible. The thrust line looks to be nearly parallel to the elevator/horizontal stabilizer. Good note about BRS too! I didn't even notice the pin.
