Regarding ''fomo'' and feeling like you don't have 'enough' friends - I think we've all had moments where we realized that we've felt alone even in the company of others, or not having enjoyed it if we actually went to concerts, festivals and so on. I think it's something we realize and accept as we get older, and the ''fomo'' vanishes gradually, thankfully

I have a question that may be coming from me not understanding the context since I just started the video - but why do you advise against the laser surgery?
@@JustyMemy mom has cataract and got laser eye surgery and it helped her a lot. So basically don’t get it unless you need it. I guess I’m replying to you and also giving my two cents to op
@@Loudpacklocust I mean it's pricey and uncomfortable. I don't think anyone would do it without any prior research. I was far-sighted and now after the laser surgery my sight is fixed completely, so I would definitely recommend it to someone that can get it done and feels like not wearing glasses/contacts anymore.
It's coincidental you mention coffee. It is my favorite hot beverage, but I gave it up and caffeine completely. I was surprised how I became more like my old calmer, more patient, and better rested self. After 3 months or so I felt like I was back in my early 20s again. The longterm fatigue and brain issues caused by caffeine were hard to notice over a long period of time. But I recognize it now.

I actually had no idea that Switzerland does not have free healthcare. I always assumed it did probably because every other country around it does. That’s very unfortunate.
I get the “not wanting to know” aspect of the doctors …however based on what your saying your most likely in great health and more importantly MOST things can be treated if caught EARLY!! Make a point to make an appointment with your primary care doctor this year my friend. I’m 42 and in good health. I went 6 years with out doing so for the same reasons. Now I go every year. It’s quick and easy and I have way more peace of mind knowing I’m in control of my health vs being in the dark about it. Hope that helps. Love your channel it’s one of my Favorites for ASMR. Lol dont go monthly but a yearly is good. I'm the same way, had to go to the doctor finally after the dentist took my blood pressure and said I was close to having a stroke. Sure enough I feel much better now that I know and have medication.
Ive had maybe the worst end of hear ive ever had. Ive been so depressed the last 2 days. Been crying, havent eaten. I may have ruined my relationship with the best person to ever come into my life. I did something srupid and im at a point bow where im not sure i want to keep going. My head is in such a dark place tbh. I hope everyone out there is doing ok and to keep pushing. I love you all.
You will make mistakes in life, use this dark time to learn how to clean up your mistakes, dont be hard on yourself, you made a mistake own it, and make sure it never happens again, you are important.
After subbing literally 100s of asmr channels, and watching asmr since 2010 now I only watch 3 channels, southernasmrsounds, asmrGeographica and this channel, but not the casino vids, those ones suck😂.

Also, The eye surgery is great the only problem is for many hours after you'll feel like someone threw a handful of sand in your eyes no lie! Why don't you marry your girlfriend if you've been together that long, in America if you were unmarried with no kids at that point she would leave you. IJS.
yeah main reasons are a) I'd hate having to have a wedding, not appealing at all to me, and b) your taxes actually get higher when you're married here in Switzerland. And I guess c) I don't really see the point, but yeah maybe that's just me
I'm in the US and have lived with my boyfriend >13 yrs. so far. We won't marry for various reasons, including keeping things simple. Practical reasons...such as tax rates, make perfect sense to me! Thanks for the post 💜.
Yeah I disagree with your statement about America. Maybe 30 years ago, those type of values and viewpoints were more common but marriage and the " nuclear family " isn't everyone's goal .
I mean if he's been together a certain amount of time, it's a common law marriage where I live. Also, the fact that people think marriage makes anyone stick around is hilarious. All marriage does is entitle your wife to half of your things when she leaves. There are some psycho people out there who are planning to leave as soon as marriage happens so they can get half of their partners things. I've been married for 10 years btw. I love my wife but the marriage part of our relationship is not what keeps us together. Our character keeps us together. Marriage is only an outward facing symbol of our commitments.
