Doesn't anyone else regret spending so much on this game? I have made an effort to reduce the amount of time I spend on this game now, cause at the end of the day where does it get you in your life.
I don't think so. It used to be banned in the Netherlands and Belgium, but since they showed the win chances in containers it ain't banned anymore. Idk what other country is banned, but I doubt its for legal issues
@@alone.i.conquerto8187 well if they got unbanned then they'll use it to avoid other things. Remember that now they can claim that EVERYTHING besides Premium is FREE and obtainable in unlimited quantities (ruby golds)
Okay, for those who are confused, there's 2 main reasons they're doing this 1: it allows them a bit of legal leeway in certain countries and allows them to make money there 2: Previously, you were able to buy tankoins, but also earn them in-game. Because of this, it made it hard for Tanki to manage their real money/tankoin/game feature economy since they had no good way to tell what was bought with earned tankoins and what was bought with tankoins obtained via real money. Rubies are a middleman. Since the only thing in the game you can buy with real money is tankoins, and tankoins can only be obtained by buying, Tanki now has a better system where they know that every tankoin obtained from now on was obtained using money. Rubies are not something designed to directly benefit the players, they were designed to make it easier on Tanki devs and their money management
They said in the vlog(when rubbies were first announced) that they needed to distingush easily between game earned currency and currency which was bought. and to make it easyer to them to keep track of purchases for real money.
The only real change for players is that now you can't get Premium for free, since you can't get Tankcoins in-game anymore. Anything else that results from this change affects mostly on their part.
Damn I didnt even know about that 3 dollar ruby/tancoin bundle but now its gone, I probably would have snatched it. Stupid shop change who on earth thinks this is better than what we had before..
@@L0f4rR If you don't understand, by clicking on the top of the garage it is possible to convert tankoins into rubies, but it doesn't seem worth it anyway.
@@K-kof2000 tankcoins aint not worth anything more than rubies... they arent making a new currencie for fun.....they only do this so that every tankcoin spend is actually bought and not earned through game play.... they want to separate these 2.....thats whats up and that doesnt make tks more worthy than rubies at ALL
