Omdz saffron you need to do a long cube window right beside your staircase! Trust me it looks fab (but make you’re it’s tinted so no one can park in) 👍🏼

Omg ... Saffron there is literally more of your house in rubble on the ground than left standing. All your money in a pile of bricks!!! I wonder if it would have been cheaper to buy land & build a new house? At any rate, it's going to look BEAUTIFUL!!! Don't let anyone discourage you ... get exactly what you want. It's your dream home. BTW ... I am exactly the same about doing my makeup on the floor. I have done it that way all my life

I think its harder to purchase a piece of land and there are a lot of like government things to do with that, but I guess its weird that she bought a house and broke it down, buutttttt if she ends up selling the house then the revenue would be way more because it is renovated so she will get a good amount of money for it when she leaves the house. IDKDIDKDIDKDK lol but same i think doing makeup on the floor makes sense ahaha

Hi, I recently bought a house to reno... It's cheaper/easier to build on existing frames than build a new one... Especially with planning permission ect

You must have money to be able to do stuff like that when I bought my first house I had to do the same thing modified to buy I liked it it’s not cheap but it’s worth it in the end when you get your dream home you’re going to spend the rest your life in and you know you worked hard and you paid for it yourself you can put up and say wow I own that house it’s not mortgage is paid by cash I did with my house

I think that's quite normal to be fair, she's just planning her life. I'm doing the same, my house hasn't even started its build yet and I know eventually it will become an investment home, I won't be having my future family in that home (if that makes sense). We're all still so young and have a big future ahead of us 😊
