MY HOUSE SHARE EXPERIENCE 

Just stumbled across your video. I'm 6 years late but thank you for sharing your experience. I lost my first mortgage savings to pay for family funeral. Starting over again, I'm currently living in a 1 bed flat and the 1 bed flat next to me is over crowded with four screaming kids and 2 adults who encourage bad behaviour. They're constantly banging and clapping on my walls and running rampant up the hall way of the block of flats banging my front door. After 4 months of putting up with it I kindly asked them to stop banging and now its become volatile. The building management doesn't care. I was looking into possibly sharing a room in a house to save more money for a mortgage but I'm hearing all these horror stories. I might just down size to a cheap studio rather than a room so that I don't get arrested lol. I think I'd rather live off grid in a tree house somewhere away from humans lol.

To be fair, house shares in general, are horrible. I've lived with thieves, an alcoholic woman who was violent, had a man break in to my room and touch me up while I was sleeping, had an 18 year old chav bring 10 guys back 3 times a week with her scummy friends and have orgies all over the house, was taken advantage of by the woman I moved out our house share with and lost thousands in the process, had mold destroy half my belongings, had an underclass pot bellied man invite his ratchet ex and child to raise hell all through the night, people who never flush the loo, people who never clean. I could go on. If you can afford NOT to house share. DON'T!
