Despite "my body my business" being understandable, getting a vasectomy and being excited for the second child at the same time is peak hypocrisy. Divorce is completely justified. That's a major breach of trust. If you are feeling child-free tendencies, it is better to not get serious with people who crave for a big family nest. As someone who has wanted kids since I was 15 and learning that I will never be able to aire any, someone that willinged destroys their ability to procreate absolutely disgusts me.

If my wife got her tubes without my permission I'd be betrayed also. Chris just did it behind her back and acted like if they just tried harder they would have a kid. Guy seems like a psychopath to me... all he had to do was say he doesn't want any more kids...

I want to say his body his choice. Ive seen women intentionally get knocked up and just expect men to deal with it or do the opposite with some form of birth control. Its an odd and hypocritical dynamic

He sounds pretty awful but also, her attitude towards her kid growing up alone is honestly insufferable. It'll be unhealthy for the kid if the kid is like "huh, life's pretty normal and I'm havin a good time I guess" and she just says "Oh my GOD her life is OVER. She should basically give up now and not even grow up because she has no siblings. This is the literal worst possible thing of all time for some reason" Like, only childs will be okay. And just because they are one, doesn't mean their entire life is doomed.

ESH Chris is allowed to change his mind on having more children, what makes him an AH is instead of speaking with his spouse he got a procedure done that hampers the baby making process and continued to lie about it for however many years.
