Please have your husband share his story of transitioning out of a "9-5" job to becoming self employed, stay at home dad, etc. I think it will really inspire a lot of men who desire to be a stay at home/entrepreneur to be with their family but just don't have the vision on how to do it. Congrats! I’m so impressed with the life you created. I’m most impressed with your commitment to having a paid off home and being debt free. I think you could do more on that topic to inspire younger people to live that way. We are debt free except for our home and wish I had known about debt free living when we first married. I’m 43 now and working to get the house paid off.

Lisa, I just want to add a word of gratitude to you for sharing this! I am trying to get a chicken egg business off the ground while being limited in space and production capacity. I have been wanting to begin making videos, and I've filmed a bit of content, but the editing is so daunting. I need to find myself a mentor to help with that. One of the greatest appeals of your story, blog, channel is that you are living the life that many people want to live. You are debt free but you have a beautiful home. You are home with your children and now, your husband will be home too. I believe very strongly in that we are to spend our time and energy on our own "homestead" whatever that looks like. My husband has had the same job for 17 years. He often feels his given his time and energy to something else. What you all are doing is great and it would be wonderful if you could share more about how we can do that as well. Along with you creative videos I would love to see more on how you did this.
