Hi Jodie, I would like to have a dime for every time my 92lb. golden retriever did that to me! Ouch! I know that hurts, I sure hope it didn't leave a bruise. When my dog was a puppy he was so rambunctious. I found early on that if I made a puppy crying sound when he hurt me that he immediately stopped what he was doing and ran to me and kissed me to see if I was ok. Even when he was an old dog all I had to do was make that little whinny sound and he was at my side immediately with concern in his big brown eyes. Having a dog as a real friend is one of the most wonderful things there is. It is an experience that I wish everyone could have. I am so glad you have Key and he has you!

Key literally has the cutest way of saying sorry😣🥺😍🥰 And, I love how Key blamed the accident on the ball lol😂🥰 I always thought Key was so handsome, cute, fluffy, playful, a little clumsy lol, and, the best dog anyone could ask for🥰😍 And, Jodie is always so beautiful😍, smart, also playful but plays gentle lol😂 caring for Key and her Mum, and, is always in a happy mood with Key🥰 and, I can't forget about Nan, Nan is always so kind, so pretty, always laughs when Key does something cute or funny😂, and is a outgoing person😍💖 I love you K'eyush and, Nan, and, Jodie💖🥰 And, one more thing this was a great video because, there is another video where Key hurt himself and Jodie was comforting him🥰

Did you put some ice on the bruise stops it hurting so much and less bruising. Hope it is better now, he didn't mean it and he did say sorry twice, then blamed the ball for it all. I must admit he did seem stunned he didn't seem to know what to do with the ball for a bit. I do know how that hurts have banged heads accidently with my own dog, we both went to pick up the toy at the same time, I think we have equally hard heads. Did see stars for a few minutes didn't bruise but Jake the dog did look a bit concussed for a half hour thankfully we were both OK. Hope both of you are too💖💖

A husky I had years ago knocked me down and almost out when he was running full speed one day. I was bent over planting tomatoes and about the time I rose to stand, his head and my forehead connected. Didn't fase him, but I literally saw stars and waves
To be fair under International Dog Rules for Toy Engagement you were in the danger zone and should have been more careful!:) BTW mom's laughter always cracks me up! Key you big ole nut you!!!
If it’s any consolation, I have been head butted by my dogs and survived. Those bones are tough. Get some ice, put it on the spot. It will help stop bruising and swelling. You need to toughen up if you’re going to own big dogs. I played with mine in the backyard and fell many times. Two broken ribs on two occasions. Told my girl to go get help and she went to the kitchen door and scratched at it until someone came. Key only had one thing in mind…FETCH AND BRING IT BACK. Remember when you taught him that? 😂😂 He listened well. 😂😂 (my ribs still give me a sharp twinge now and again) 😉 You will survive to experience another special Key “gift”. Think of it as a reminder of the day you and Key had a great time playing ball. 😂😂
