@@karth2882 Matching headings can be struggling sometimes, I think you can try understanding what the paragraph is about - sometimes it describes things, sometimes it talks about history.. if you can identify that, it will help. And I would sugg do not spend too much time in 1 paragraph, if u can't match the first go to the 2nd.... Once you have matched 2/3 of the headings, it gets easier to match the other ones from the small number of available options.
I CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH ASIA FOR YOUR GREAT CHANNEL!!! I applied alot of your tips in Speaking, Reading and Writing! They actually WORKED!!! I got a higher band than I thought possible or was required of me thanks to you!!! you are doing such an amazing job, honey ! you are a lifesaver! definitely recommending your channel to my friends and everyone I know!!
I just want to say thank you!!! I came across your video the day before my IELTS exam and only had 4 days to prepare. Followed all your tips in reading and they were all very helpful. I got 7 in reading and overall band of 7! Praise God for your life!
Hey Asiya! Because of your guidance, I have done well in my IELTS exam on 2nd May 2021 and I received an overall band 8.0 (Listening: 9, Reading: 8.5, Writing: 7.0, Speaking: 7.5) ... I have recommended your classes to my friends!
@@alextaneja4871 just focus, dont be distracted- i almost did at the end of listening but quickly came back to the question; listen to every word and overall context carefully; for reading, first skim through the questions and read the paragraphs once properly and then go back to the questions and keep tallying, writing need to focus on the grammer - i missed out some points here maybe as good grammer uplifts your score, use alot of vocab (lexical resource) and binding words (because, so, such that, neverthless etc); for speaking - use alot of idioms eg out of the blue, once in a blue moon, on cloud 9 etc, also you can use “i beg to differ” if you want to contradict an opinion.
Hey Asiya! I watched all videos from your Listening and Reading playlists, and got 9!! After just 1 week of preparation, thank you so much! I can't believe ittt
Asiya thank you so much. Your channel was the one I watched the most to prepare for my ielts. I ended up with an overall band score of 8 and 9 for reading. All in less than a week of preparation
I want to say a big thank you to you Your videos helped me a lot While training for my ielts exam, the computer based option, I was doing really bad on my reading, your videos literally helped, I discovered your videos the night before the exam, and I practiced and witnessed a great improvement, I just got my result now, I had an overall band of 8 and 8.5 in reading, before your video I was doing so bad, couldn’t even get a 7, this was the night to the exam. Thank you so very much . This is my first time writing the ielts exam, I’m super satisfied with my result, as it meets my school’s requirement.
Wow, this is amazing! I'm so happy to hear you could achieve such a huge improvement just on time before your exam! Well done and good luck with your studies!
@@FasTrackIELTS Asiya, greetings from Moscow! How have you been? Thank you for your amazing content! It actually inspired me to finally start creating my own materials. I was wondering, have you received a message from me (Said)? I sent it to the e-mail address provided in the channel description, two days ago, in regards to placing an advertisement.
Yay!! One more video. I want to hear more "Hi there, It's Asiya" I want to hear more "Let's get started". I want to hear more final "Bye" with that cute smile. So please keep posting weekly.
Hi Asiya!! thank you so much .. this was my biggest concern regarding reading( if the questions are in order or not) .. Glad i understood, because my exams are on 1st of August.. thanks a ton...
First, I wanted to thank you for the great content. Secondly, I want to suggest and need your help at the same time to make a video about how to turn passive vocabulary into active. Give us some tips or something that you think is going to help. I actually studied Cambridge vocabulary for IELTS, and I know the meaning of the words; however, I can't use them when I want to write. I would appreciate it if you make a video about it.
Thank you Asiya, enormously. You are a real savior for most people out there. When it comes to reading part, you are absolutely right with your developed strategy, but I'd like to add something if you don't mind. A person with a poor reading background in his/her language might find it even more challenging to read in English for certain reasons such as slowness in reading, slugishness in processing the received information, poor memory, particularly in retaining the information (probably, a poor short-term memory) and scattered attention, esp in our time. So, for this purpose, it is necessary to engage oneself in reading (of course, compelling content) as much as possible to eliminate the shortcomings mentioned above. Dear Asiya, what do you think about my opinion?
Thanks a lot Asiya. Your videos helped me improve 1.5 score in writing. Previously I got 5.5 in writing now I got 7.0. With an overall band of 7.5. Although I was disappointed by the speaking because I got 7.0 which is the same band as before. Thanks a lot for your lectures.
Hi there, I took IELTS one month ago And let me tell you that the second reading was the hardest so be careful about it in your time management. If your time passes 20 mins leave it and go for the next.
@@littledewsdairy5123 I used her strategy. Look at questions first, and then search for answers. And do not “skim and scan”, it doesn’t work. Read carefully, because all the answers are hidden. Actually reading was always the easiest part to me. I used to read a lot in English, especially magazines like the Economist and Foreign Affairs since I study law and economics.
Hi Asiya, Thank you so much for your useful videos , especially for the speaking part !!! ❤️❤️❤️ I got my results today and I got the results that I need for university... I'm over the moon!!😊🥰
I am fluent in reading but I always have to look back at the text when I try to answer the questions. I just can't remember everything. That's why I find the second strategy to be better. My brain is focused on what it really needs to find and will only try to search for that information in the text.
hello! Thank you for helping me improve on my English reading Ms. Asiya. Its not the score That I was hoping for, but I did not try hard enough to really get the score wanted. Nevertheless, I wish yo all the best and Thank you very much.
Hello Asiya , please make a video on levelling map / diagram on the reading section . I couldn't understand Cambridge 7 , Test 3 , Reading passage 2 ( Population Movements and Genetics ) question no 20 , 21 . I think it's also Map levelling but if not pls enlighten me. . PLease help me out , really stuggling .
Thanks a lot for these strategies ma'am. What if the T, F or NG questions come after sentence completion will it follow the next paragraph after the answer of the last question of sentence completion or will the answer be from the first paragraph of the passage?.
Hi Asiya, , I got your recommendation for your videos from one of my cousin, who had already cleared the exam by watching your videos, I have started watching your videos from last 2 days, and its really helpful. Since i m a working mother so not getting much time to study, I need your guidance to clear my IELTS exam. I have already given 2 times but because of less score in reading i am not able to qualify all bands. overall i got 6 band only. I am planning to give the exam by September end with full preparation now. Need your guidance to crack for which i would much grateful to you. Thank You😊
I don’t know how to do reading task! It is difficult for me! I can’t get 7 band. I want 7 band in general! It is like climbing Mount Everest for me! I don’t have difficulty in writing speaking listening
Hi Mam I have one question about IELTS marking, Is it possible that in both listening and reading module we get 0.5 number against a question instead of one? e.g. If there is a question and it has multiple options and we choose two possible options and If we choose one correct option and one wrong then in this case will we get a 0.5 score or zero? Thanks.
