This is an upgraded version of my previous electrically enhanced wet scrubber prototype. It combines the smaller version with the original version to form a two stage wet scrubber. The first stage scrubbing liquid is charged with a negative high voltage. As particulate laden air passes through it, it should ionize. This air is then piped into the second stage wet scrubber with its liquid charged to a positive high voltage thereby absorbing the ionized particles.
