I used it consistently for over 2 months and now just once every couple of weeks. It helps brighten which can make hyperpigmentation areas look rejuvenated ☺️
I just received my device The Blacken Pro and it does not have a WHITEN MODE? Can you tell me on your device what modes are showing as you did not show the modes on the video. I was told by customer service that my device which has Brig/pour-Redness-Power modes that the Power mode was the WHITEN mode. I have not heard or seen this described this way from any other influencer? TIA !!!
Hi the modes will be displayed on the back of the device as an LED light. (whiten mode should be illuminated in the lowest position). So when you power yours on it might automatically be on the whiten mode ☺️
@@torileesbeautymix No mine only has BRIGHT/POUR-REDNESS-POWER. I send a video of the device operating while I was clicking the buttons up and down several times. Customer service responded that this was correct for my device. But obviously there is a difference between the modes on the DPL Pro and the other DPL. My concern was that my device didn't brighten for sunspots but according to Customer Service the power mode would be the brighten mode! Who would know? The lack of instruction on usage of these devices really needs to be addressed by @JOVS!

Absolute overpriced garbage! I have used the unit 3 times a week for 12 months and there has been absolutely no difference in my skin tone whatsoever and the light spots that I had 12 months ago are still there. At a power rating of 3 joules/cm2, the device is simply underpowered to make any difference.
I am using it now on the highest setting (whiten) for the full face and haven't seen much change either. This is the low end model as they have now released in China the Pro Max model
