Love watching your videos, got to say you are in the best part of Wisconsin, I'm originally from Janesville Wisconsin but now in Michigan, me and my family love south Western Wisconsin, we had a camper in lone rock for many years near Gotham and always had to go to morrell days in mascota and would hit boscobel for the parade, love small towns in that part of Wisconsin, my father in law was from Ithaca. God*** you know ppl are so low now a days when they got to go to a man’s hard working company leave a sumgbsg review because he’s but hurt over something buddy has said in his videos to make it more entertaining some mofos bro. You know what my man keep grinding and f them haters.

I get this way to, and I dont even own anything at the company Im at, and sure as shit dont get any bonuses or anything like that... I may vent here and one day Ill find this and be embarrassed but nobody runs equipment the management, or owner.. they say I have 2 and a half days to mulch/brush with a 313 Cat 2021 Nex Gen, with a FAE mulcher head and rotoilt.. mulch the road in and out. We have done this before and it takes 10-12 hours to do 1 km, both sides of the road with 2 machines the 313 and the 330 cat... so I already know its technically 8km because you go in 4km doing 1 side/cab side of the road and turn around ane come back out 4km so 8km total. 8 foot wide from edge of the road.. old forest roads grow in and the shoulder of the road has 4ft -5 of brush and trees on it, then once you get to the edge of the actual road the contract states 8ft from there, anything 10 inches or smaller has to go, so it changes constantly the thickness.. and like its easy to sit in the office and make deadlines, had a new hire work with me and he was excited to travel out of town and his job was to watch traffic behind me, and also clean debris off the road.. well I made him work 12-13 hours, and the boss is telling me grt the job done but then says just go back to the room, i said ill be done when I say ill get done, you set a imaginary deadline on a job that they say makes no money, so why take the job. . Im at the point now I become bitter and want to open my own business and own my own equipment, and do construction based work and not forestry work, hopefully in a years time Im coming into 100k and I will make something happen, I know its not all new trucks, the big house and financing all the cool toys, there is alot of stress and I may fail but I have to try to make a better life for my 6 year old daughter and buy back my time instead of working for un-appreciating owner who doesnt reward the guys who work hard, and instead rewards idiots who have no work ethic and just suck off the boss and pretend to be friends. I could keep writing but that's it for now lol
