I want to focus on having a plant-based diet. Where should I start? You have any good cookbooks or website that focus on that. I'm at the stage where I want to find another city/state to move to. I moved from Vegas to NC in 2012. It is time to move somewhere else. Back to Vegas, Tampa, San Antonio. I was in Vegas 15 years.

Start with following as many vegan influencers as you can (such as myself. Lol), learn to cook simple dishes. Find the restaurants in your area that has some of the best vegan food so you can get ideas on what you like and don’t like. Instagram, pinterest and RU-vid is all you need. My favorite cookbooks are from Thug Kitchen.

I discovered your channel through the Dallas videos and I’m one of the annoying people asking questions about the subject in the comments. But I really dig your content and I think it’s helping me with navigating big life changes and decisions by applying the right attitude. Moving so far from home can be really scary and one can question weather it’s possible or not. It’s not just about the logistics, it’s also about staying motivated and keeping your eye on the prize. In all of your content you bring the kind of positive and “get after it” attitude that is required to pursue your goals.

People need to realize that everyone has different experience. The best way to know if you will like a place is to visit for at least 7 days to feel the vibe. I’ve made the decision to move, I’m thinking Carrollton TX. Relatively central. Not for far airport, not far from Irving for work, not far from Frisco and Plano and still has good school district. If you are buying a house, your realtor should be able to answer all your questions. I live in DC so I can relate with your videos bro. I believe I will get more for my money in TX.

As far as living in the Dallas area, Dallas has a lot of surrounding suburbs to choose from, also there are a ton of jobs, affordable homes, shopping and restaurants.

@@Built4Anything I appreciate you being so patient and providing such great information. It was my intention to relocate there next year to be closer to my twin, but once I figured out that my twin could care less, I had to reassess my own desires. And while I do hope to relocate someplace warmer, I am not sure it will be Dallas any longer. It will really depend on how things are going with my fledgling Vegan Business I'm jump starting this year. I'm doing Jerk Chick-Un Vegan Eggrolls for a local Black Owned Restaurant, & slowly building my brand. My goal is to launch a Pop up shop called Every Eggroll where I basically Veganize popular mash-up Eggrolls. So, we will see. The skies the limit!! Thanks for bringing us great content!! I hope to meet you one day when I come visit my other family in Texas!!
