I understand completely! 💔 They closed our Denver AG store when the lease ended, and so many people in Colorado were shocked and disappointed. I think it’s all about overhead and they sell so much online…brick and mortar stores need our support 💓 There was a decent amount left in the store, and I was shocked to see they still had dolls! 😮 I bought the puzzle! It’s so much fun to have that displayed with my historical girlies! Thanks for another great video!

I'm so sad that the Houston Store is closed! It's really sad that so many AG stores are closing, but I hope they open at least 1 new location, which is most likely not happening. This video was just sad for me to watch, and I feel bad for all the little girls who live in Houston Texas who love American Girl, because now they have to store near them to visit.

Im so sorry it made you sad ! I didn’t mean for that I know it’s a very bittersweet moment but I also look back at all the beautiful memories I’ve had there. I do feel for all the young girls and boys who love American girl I hope they were spoiled with all the sales going on !

It’s sad how empty the store was I have never been to an American girl store before so it’s nice to see the layout thank you for that but I am sorry the store is closing I wish they would open more stores to give people a chance to have the instore experience compared to ordering online

I went there recently and they removed the Logo on the building, AND they but cardboard on the windows so no one can get in there anymore! So sad! 🥺🥺😭😭

I haven't bought from American girl in years because of the strings (I like customizing my dolls & it's harder with zip ties) & their lack of quality control.

I miss the strings so much. I completely Get where your coming from I wonder why they switched to zip ties a lot of ppl thought it was to stop customization with the dolls but people still found a way to customize lol.

@@agdollies4ever I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've had to cut the fabric part of the doll to make it work which was terrifying but I know others have had better luck with it than me lmao (I have very shaky hands)
