MY LIFE FOR ROCK AND STONE | DEEP ROCK GALACTIC 

I’ve just started building a Leagues of Votann table top army so right now I’m maxing the space dwarf aesthetics. I had a silly amount of fun playing this game and I honestly just lucked out that I decided to play during their Oktoberfest event because man this game is pretty cozy for being a horde shooter. It takes place in the same universe and on the same planet. If you thought the horrors of Hoxxes IV was bad enough already, you just haven’t dug deep enough yet.

DRG is, without a doubt, one of my favourite coop shooters. Such a fun experience to have a full group of friends just ripping through bugs... which is probably why Space Marine and EDF are also so good. I usually run Driller, with a Flamer and Plasma Pistol. The drills aren't the best traversal tool, but they can be very convenient if there's no easy way to the pod.

Deep Rock Galactic is one of my all time favorite games, it rekindled my hope for horde shooters, early access titles, and general life when i was at my lowest. Deep Rock was so impactful IT is the reason there is a Dwarf tag on steam, and for Dwarf Fortress to come to steam. and yes, my love for the game, and Dwarves, overpowers my love for orks and my FIRST EVER TABLETOP ARMY FOR 40K, THAT I STARTED BUILDING UP THIS YEAR, is The Leagues of Votann. I can't believe you didn't cover Overclocks (AKA the true grind). For example, the grenade launcher can get an overclock that reduces the damage a fair bit, but lets you blast jump around. Also an example, the grenade launcher gets a nuke. Only issue is, you can't get a specific Overclock, just the choice between the four different classes (if at all). Also, as a longbeard myself (392 hours with all the weapon Overclocks unlocked [160 in total]), it's nice to see someone new jump into the fray. Here's hoping you continue to play the game! Final Note: I am eating a cheeseburger with Frank's RedHot Buffalo sauce and a hashbrown as toppings. It's pretty good.
