little more of a personal video. on my life dealing with TERRIBLE period cramps. be kind, and if you or someone you know is struggling with this. PLEASE tell me if there is anything that has helped.
watching these kinds of videos while sobbing of pain really helps. i’ve been traveling and currently in colorado (i live in california) and the altitude has a really bad effect on my period. it causes EXTREME pain. i’ve been to colorado about 2 years back for 6 months of 8th grade and i passed out in front of the school and had to be taken to the hospital. i vomit constantly, scream, and sob just hoping something will feel better
Hello, @ellis anjali . The altitude mustn't cause variations of base situation, but if you go in altitude "very high", the decrease of oxygen in the air, could cause a greater contraction of the muscles and therefore a greater pain. As I said on my other today messages, a lot can be done to avoid your pain and we can speak about it. If you like, write to me again: I'll hope to help you.
Omg I feel you babe!!! Today it’s so bad for me and watching this is making feel better!! I’ve never looked up other people who have the same problem but i DONT feel alone. I hate that we can’t eat and it interrupts our family time, I always feel so embarrassed because no one understand. And also that laying on the bathroom floor thing that she said for some reason that does help!
I’ve been there and people don’t understand. Like Advil or iburprofen doesn’t work. Although I don’t throw up but I am stuck in bed most of the time curled up in a ball.
Girl oh my gosh I feel for you. My cramps are sincerely equal to or worse than labor pains and will have me throwing up, blacking out and perpetually stuck in a warm bath. One particularly bad episode recently I was stuck in the bath for 6 hours unable to get any relief except a tiny bit from copious amounts of ibuprofen and the hot water. It ended with me passing out and my temp getting to 101. It’s absolutely terrifying when you’re in the middle of it because it feels like it’s never going to end and you’d trade nearly anything for the pain to stop. Mine started when I was 12 and it makes me sad thinking of being that young and in that much pain. My mom had bad cramps so she’s always understood and i am so so grateful for that. I really liked your video because I think it validates other girls/women. I found your video searching bad cramps just because sometimes I feel so alone in it. I’m so sorry to anyone who struggles with horrible cramps- just know you are a WARRIOR and overcoming pain like that on a regular basis is pretty badass
Well, @Emmy DIY. Please, see also my today public message. Your severe pain must be studied very well, because I think it's caused from an endometriosis. Have you done some ultrasound examination, to verify the situation of uterus and ovaries? How old are you? Your mom too mustn't have bad cramps. I'm studying the prevention of strong menstrual pain from 50 years: I will happy to can help you.
osv1950 thank you for your concern but I have been checked for endometriosis and do not have that, or pcos, but rather dysmenorrhea. My mother was also checked for endometriosis both after cesarean and vaginal delivery, no endometriosis but she also experienced excruciating menstrual pain.
Well, @@emmyjeanhasacamera. Thanks for your reply. The "pure" menstrual pain without structural problems of organs, is caused by an anomalous muscolar contraction of uterus, perhaps caused by an excess of prostaglandins, the same hormon that "drive" the labor. We can start (for you and for your mom), first with the progressive thermal stimulation, to "normalize" the job of uterus and then, if it will be necessary, also by a particular control of the diet, because also some types of food can help to avoid cramps. Do you have an email address (mine is osv1950@gmail.com) to send the attachment with the description of the method? I wait for your news, hoping to help you, also from afar, from Italy. Have a nice day.
Thank you for sharing. I am currently in sooo much pain. The pain I go through takes my breath away. It’s agony for the first 24 hrs. It usually starts late at night which means I can’t sleep that night. If it happens while I’m sleeping I will wake up and start getting destroyed. I have a corporate job and I am struggling. I only get 5 sick days and I use my 10 vacation days on it if it happens on a work night/day. My dr. Was no help. All they want me to do is go on birth control ( which I tried but I didn’t want it anymore because of the side effects) I asked for a pain killer but all they prescribed is Tylenol or over the counter stuff which does nothing. I think it’s extremely shameful that some women go through legit torture and agony on a monthly basis but they can’t even get a medical break for it. In my case I would need 24 hrs a month.
Try to drink coconut water or anything with potassium. Also Tylenol is good but ibuprofen is way better for cramps. My grandma use to tell me to take an aspirin a week before my period comes so it can thin the blood? I’m not too sure how that helps though
Cramps should be a reason to stay home when you have school. I remember going to school with god awful cramps and just sobbing on the bathroom floor and throwing up. It was so bad.
My period cramps makes me so depressed because I feel like I have to take a week out of my life every month. In the beginning I would cry and shake and head to the hospital. I'm still in the process of not letting it take over my life so what has helped me is the old school rubber water bottle thing that's red. I boil water and fill it up. Having something hot af on my stomach helps. I get leg cramps which is something new now. I just rub tiger bomb on them. I've also tried many form of birth control but recently got off because I feel like it was messing with my mental health. I've fainted at my job site before because of period pain. Looking for a job is hard because of my cramps. I don't want to call out because I don't want to be portrayed as lazy or flaky but ugh it's hard.... one day I'll figure out how to help women around the world who goes through horrible cramps.
yeah!! having something hot on my stomach was the only thing that would kinda help. but it wasn’t enough. and i’m going to school now and trying to get off the pill. it’s a struggle
@@TenayaGriffin that was 3 years ago. Update: had a kid, had an iud (kyleena), was great for 10 months than i started having my period twice a month and cramps were horrible. Took the iud out couple months ago. Cramps are not that horrible as before (I would take 2-3 midol everyday) now I just take midol once during my period. 😁
The first day is always the worse. Yesterday, the day of thanksgiving I woke up and I don’t always get nauseous but when I do I’m throwing up constant. If I don’t take Advil right away I’ll be In the worse condition. The heating pad has helped me so much.
Desbomb_Love15 i went on the pill almost a year ago and i’m getting ready to get off. i’m just trying to supplement and make sure my body has the right vitamins and that i balance my hormones the right way
This is so crazy I thought this was only happening to me and I was so mad because I can take a lot of pain but ppl kept telling me I’m just being dramatic, which is not the case. The whole eating thing I can relate to so much. At least try to drink coconut water since it has potassium for your cramps and make sure you’re breathing correctly for oxygen to your brain. I’ve cried to my doctors about missing work and not being able to have a normal day, I’m still figuring out how to plan my week around it, don’t feel so alone! You’re awesome for making this video 💓
Honestly I can relate. Sometimes it's such a mental blow it feels like I might pass out. I always feel nauseous but my body doesn't invoke it so I don't. It's a really really really really really really painful thing for me. I don't like talking about it too because no one in my family can relate to that level. Thanks for sharing and letting me sharing and letting me share mine.
I get signs before my period... like nauseous, weak, dehydrated, then when the days go on I get emotional, I hate everything, I feel like I'll never love again or have a purpose.. then when the period goes by I try to heal and I do! Then it starts all over again.. it sucks
I'm deadass lying here writhing in pain, and on top of that, I have a heavy period that lasts a whole seven days, I've been to the doctors so many times an all they tell me is to take ibuprofen, I hate it. My mum and sister have tears for only three days which is mega unfair. so I really feel you
Hello, @Lord of the swamp. Writhing in pain through seven days is always unbearable, but a lot can be done to prevent and avoid your pain. Please, see also my today public message. I hope I can help you and your mom and sister, if you need, not to cry and not to shed tears.
I would like to share my period story. My period went from no pain problems at all to severe all of a sudden. I had it so bad, that the pain was not really the issue, BUT HOW MY WHOLE BODY FELT. I felt dizzy, like barfing but I didn't, my body started sweating like crazy, lower back pains, even severe leg pain, all happening from no pain to severe really fast, me having to change positions from sitting up to lying down to relieve some pain, me non stop moving twisting and writhing my body quickly, me kicking and flailing my arms like crazy, me literally screaming, having to lie down in a public bathroom, to becoming extremely tired not even able to lift my head all of a sudden and drooping it while walking to quickly lay down, and suddenly getting hot, and then taking two ibuprofins and it all going away. My period pain comes in a huge tsunami wave crashes, and then goes away as it only happens on the first day and then no pains at all for the rest of the days. It last a very short time, maybe 30 minutes max. I was about to pass out backwards at my work and then couldn't take it anymore. Do you have any advice? My case seems rather strange because the pain is not severe in my ovaries but my body DRAMATICALLY REACTS LIKE ITS GOING THROUGH THE END OF THE WORLD. I even told my love to call an ambulance because I FELT LIKE DYING NOT FROM THE PAIN BUT FROM THE MIX OF SUDDEN TERRIBLE DIZZY FAST REACTIONS! Death was what I thought was going to happen. Imagine being swung around like crazy in a twister. That's the vague haze of a feeling I got. Just a whirlwind of everything not limiting pain to my ovaries but changing my body like crazy. Any advice please? Thanks.
i got my first period at 10 years old and for 3 years it was all fine my period would come and go totally silently and then by the time i was 13 i started having cramps that were so bad i would scream and i managed to scratch up the paint of my walls because i would scratch at it in pain.i am currently 16 and every month the pain only gets worse.i have tried many types of pills and i currently take two huge horsepills at the same time and you are the first ever youtuber i could look at while talking about periods and relating
You're strong! The way you describe it is exactly how I feel! I haven't found anything that makes the pain tolerable, but I saw a video about marihuana helping... unfortunately where I'm from it's illegal and I haven't had a chance to try it. I honestly wish you the best of luck on finding a solution, and if you do please make a video because I NEED to know what can help. I also think it gets better with age, so that's good too. ❤️
I just had my first full body cramp experience and oh my god. I haven’t thrown up in over 5 years and the pain was so bad that I did. It was insane I felt soooo nauseous and both my hands were asleep and numb I FEEL FOR YOU ALL NOW 😵
I’m 29, and I still have some cramping but not nearly as bad as it was when I was in my teens and early to mid 20s.... you just gotta find what works for you to ease the pain... Taking Aleve the second I start to feel my period coming has helped a lot! Just keep taking it every 8 hours the first day, and try to relax and keep calm.
I’m 18 years old. I got my period for the first time at 14 I believe. Im on my period right now. Its my second day. For me, the first three days are absolute hell then I feel better on the 4th-5th day. Im laying in my bed now with 3 thick covers. Its the summer time but I still am freezing. I have shivers but I am sweating from the heat at the same time. I get cramps in my stomach an lower back. I also get diarrhea which means that I need the bathroom all of a sudden multiple times a day. I dont even know what the hell is coming out since I havent eaten all day. I know that if I eat,I will throw up. Although I am normally a food lover, during this time, I can’t properly digest anything without feeling nauseous so I avoid eating. The pain takes my appetite anyway. I dont even like drinking water cuz I feel the cold going drown my throat into my abdomen and since my body is super sensitive to anything, it gives me an unpleasant feeling. To that, add feeling like you’re wearing a wet diaper. Cuz thats what sticking a bunch of pads on and feeling the blood trickling feels like. Its gross I know. But I hate tampons so I have no choice. I have a pillow pressed to my stomach and I am trying to stretch out my body in different ways to stop the pain for a few seconds. I even feel like Im not breathing properly. The pain is constant which is very annoying because it never gives me a break . And with that, I get nudges of continuous levels of pain that make me jump and cry. I dont even have energy to wash my face or brush my teeth . I just lay in bed and get up when the pain is unbearable. When it gets really bad, I will throw myself onto the ground and start crying and moving my body to desperately release some tension. I feel like screaming but I dont want to disturb anyone or make them worry about me more than they already are. Last month, it got so bad that I was doing anything to stop the pain. Although taking pills is bad, I didn’t have a choice. They would make the pain stop for a few hours then it would come back too soon. I would take another pill desperate. On the bottle it says to take a pill every 8 hours and I wasn’t following the rules so It ended up with me throwing up. Twice in one day. I was crying looking like an absolute mess. My hair was sticking to my neck cuz I was sweating yet freezing. My back and stomach were in excruciating pain and nothing would stop it. All of a sudden I felt my stomach get extra uneasy and a buildup of something in my throat. I made it to the toilet and threw up. It was disgusting. My body was rejecting and getting rid of all the pills I had digested. And then another time later on. I told someone to heat up a cup for me. They couldn’t even hold it cuz of how hot it was. And when I applied it to my stomach, i could feel it burning but the pain was still worse. That showed to me that I wasn’t exaggerating the pain. If burning myself felt better... It sucks to feel like you have to take 3 days off every month for something you have no control over. Everyday that comes closer to my period makes me stressed because I know what is coming soon. I hate it so much. But I cant do anything about it. I was supposed to leave on vacation with my family today but we had to move the date. It always comes at the worst times. I had my final exam yesterday and I had no choice but to go. How the hell could I focus. I studied so hard but I still didn’t get the grade that I deserved. It fucking sucks. It really comes on the worst times. When we went camping , on my birthday twice, on holidays, during exams... 😣 Im sorry I know this is long and thanks for reading it. I know some of you suffer like this as well so I hope when you read this, It will make you feel better that you’re not alone. I wish I could give you helpful tips but honestly, nothing really helps me personally so I wont be beneficial to you. 😣Good luck to you all and remember that it only lasts a couple of days. There are people that have to stay in constant pain all day everyday and they dont know if it will ever end. We have it easy compared to them.I cant imagine what having ovarian cancer or something like that feels like...And I hope we never have to experience that ever. It sucks but theres no point in dwelling over it cuz we cant change it. Oh well. Good luck everyone🥰
Hello, @syrine cheerios. You said a lot interesting thinks. You are only 18 old and your severe situation must be studied very well, to modify it and return your serenity to you. As you can see on my other messages, I'm a nurse, from years I'm studying the prevention of strong menstrual pain and a lot can be done to prevent and avoid your pain. We can start, first, by means of an easy method of progressive thermal stimulation and then, if it will necessary, by a particular control of your diet, because also some tyoes of food can aid to avoid cramps and discomfort. If you like, we can speak again about this: I'll glad to better understand your suffering (even if from afar, from Italy), trying to help you not to suffer each time (.... and save school, exams and vacations!).
i can totally relate to you i had been like this since i first got my period at 11 pills doesn't work for long and they don't actually stop the pain just hold them butt still feel stabbed i can't eat i trow up i get cold even water is awful and i do got a job but its so bad i have to be out for 2 days at least every month i can't get anything done at all and i tell you one thing most doctors i got are men ,yes they go degree and what else but they got no period so they actually don't no anything its exactly like those you get when you about to give birth they stop at time then they're back .thanks for your video don't think its unnecessary it always help to no that your not actually alone .one time for me i couldn't take it anymore i dropped will i was out i fainted because i couldn't take the pain they had to put me on morphine at the hospital and i still could feel it trough and couldn't even walk ..it suck i have to live like that ...hope we all get better..sorry for my poor English i am french
Hello, @suga suga. You are french, I'm italian! Your pain since first period and if pills doesn't work, lead me to think you can have a starting endometriosis, perhaps not seen by doctors. The "men" doctors, sometimes understand women's problems, better then "women" doctor. To lost 2 days of job every month isn't pleasant, but as I said on other my messages, a lot can be done to prevent and avoid this unbearable discomfort. If you like, write to me again:I'll glad to can help you to win your suffering.
I know this is two years ago, and honestly I can relate to everything you’re saying. I got my period at a very young age, and my cramps use to be very severe. The reason is, is because my mom use to have bad cramps. I never took meds either because it honestly doesn’t help. As I got older, my cramps got better. The reason being, I started working out and semi eating healthy. YES, I still get cramps and they can hurt, but it’s not as bad as it was years ago when I would throw up, going to the bathroom a lot & not being able to do anything that day. But trying to be physically healthy helps. Like eating healthy, eating your greens and working out helped me SO much!!! You got this girl, cause I thought i was the only one😭💗.
😬😬😬😬😬me when I read y’all comments about period cramps. I’m sorry y’all have to go through this! Eventhough I don’t really have cramps like you guys, I still try to sympathize with y’all because having a Period is a pain in the ass! Sending ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am stuck in bed with a hot water bottle, a heater and a thick robe in PAIN. I hate cramps and nothing helps but time. Painkillers don't help me unfortunately. When I was younger, I used to throw up. Thankfully I don't now, but I still experience awful pain the first 2 days of my cycle. I wish there were more people about how some of us have pain. 💙 I hope you find a solution to alleviate pain.
Something that works for me that my doctor suggested is planning how i take my pain killers. I start taking two in the morning and two at night when I get the first inkling of pain, before my period comes and then I keep doing that a couple of days in to my period.
I just had this cause there was no pain reliever at my house and basically I had to take all the cramps and I wanted to cry so bad, I was moving so much and I felt like fainting
I have lived with severe cramps since I was 10 11 years old im 28 now sever lower back pain .nausea bad hot flashes fever chills boobs burn can't walk or stand right in bed two days or a bath crying my eyes out get the shakes weak extreme hungry like all faint upset tummy no over the counter pain meds work not even naproxen from a doctor for two weeks leading up I have insane annoying symptoms extremely fatigue pale even looked flushed
Like you this started for me around 13-14. Similar to you the pain is so Excruciating that I vomit. Except, I vomit to the point of dehydration and I’m always hospitalized because of it. I understand how you feel. Doctors always say nothings wrong and think they know everything and you can’t help but feel insulted because it’s almost as if they give you an impression that they think you’re being a drama queen. I’m 26 now, and this still happens from time to time. It happened last night so I wanted to find someone like me so I could feel justified in this. As I’ve gotten older I know that if my period is coming I just have to fill up on food and water and time my pain killers perfectly. Also never take things like midol or pamprin they contain caffeine and that will be worse for your nausea. It’s gotten so bad that I found a job from home as a teacher. It makes some days feel impossible but we have to be strong. I worry about having children but I’m hopeful because they say I look fine but I’m worried about going through labor. It terrifies me, but I’ll face that chapter when the time comes. Thank you for sharing your story. If you have any questions please feel free to ask♥️
Hey just a thought* I’m having surgery soon to check for endometriosis. The only way you can check is through larposcopic surgery. Women with endometriosis experience excruciating pain in the way we do and I’m sick of going through it so I’m having surgery soon. Endometriosis is also one of the leading things that cause infertility. You might want to ask your doctor about it because on average most women don’t find out they have it until eight years after getting it. also 1 in 10 women have it so it’s more common than we would think. Anyway, good luck to you on your journey.
I’ve never understood cramps because mine weren’t that bad, today I woke up fine and suddenly it hit me. The worst pressure I’ve ever felt in my life omg
I relate to you I have been going through the exact same and I am so scared to get a job because in college I almost failed because I couldn’t go in over my period and now I’m still trying to find strong medication to help with my pains hopefully they invent something for the future People don’t understand how severe it is and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone
I Honestly Can’t Even Eat Hardly Anything If Anything When Im On ..I Usually Stay In Bed & When I Worked A 9-5 I Was Sent Home Because I Would Literally Cry , & Be Hunched Over ..Super Embarrassing Walking Out Hunched Over 😅
I'm 33 yo and started my period at 10. I never had an issue with my period until I had my second child and got my tubes cut and tied. My cramps are fn excruciating. They are so painful. OMG 😭😭😭😭
Really sorry that you went through this sis. I hope you are doing ok You’re so pretty. New subscriber here and bonus is that you’re a Christian RU-vidr❤️
My cramps are bad asl too. The people ask me every month if I’m pregnant because of the constant puking. It’s embarrassing sometimes, especially when I’m at school and have to keep leaving class to go throw up.
I'm 13 and sometimes I miss 2 months of my menstrual cycle and once I get it after the 2 months I get it really bad!! I get diarrhea but like rn I'm starting to vomit now and it hurt when I stand and I have to lay in bed all the time
My cramps are so bad, sometimes it depends on the month, or how much water I take in during the month. But when I have one of my killer cramps I can't help but move, and then my legs go numb I literally almost fell and cracked my head open one time(thankfully didn't) I hate this crap dude And I can't believe a doctor would tell you that it's your fault, um nature is something we can't help. Also I feel you on the job part, I think about it all the time cause I literally don't know how I can even have a life.
Here some advices I hope it helps you because it helps me . Workout regularly 4-3 times a week focusing on your belly, lower back, and thighs muscles + check heimoglobin in your blood + walk or run daily I want you to know that there’s nothing wrong with you, lot of my friends have the same problem you have Take painkillers it’s not something bad, it’s made to help us, it’s very wonderful grace that we have from 20th century, why did you do that for your self ?!!!!! All my friends take it and they good and happy and healthy and some of them have kids now
gosh last night was just miserable. i legit felt like i was gonna go nuts. i’ve always had bad cramps but last night was on another level. i thought i was gonna pass out and i got lightheaded
Me and my older sister have excruciating cramps too, I started my period when I was 11 and the first few I throw up with, but now I don’t throw up with them. My doctor always says that it’s just my bodies reaction to the cramps and to take pain killers. My mum has polycystic ovaries and and aunt had an tilted uterus which caused both of them to be in really bad pain with their period. My sister just had a baby and she said that she no longer get bad cramps anymore since having the baby. I just wish a doctor would send me for test to see if something is actually wrong instead of just assuming I’m okay.
Hi had to phone doctor over these, So sorry you went through that, Happened me yesterday I couldn't get up off the chair and normally I would be moving around like a tidy house, ibuprofen didn't work, phoned doctor and a run on the treadmill may help you. You didn't do anything wrong. These can hit anyone. I had to take the painkillers first but yeah annoying, It was screwing up my sleep too.
i got my first cramps last night (i'm 12) and i was on the verge of tears and i thought i was going to throw up but eventually i got in the bath tub and i just like meditated and thought about nothing until they went away and eventually fell asleep ( i also took ibuprofen) ,but i thought i had the worst of it but i feel so bad for you :(
I had to call in sick today bcus of cramps. My mom and I think I should get on the pill to maybe help. I can’t take stronger painkillers than Advil because I can’t even hold down Tylenol.
girl you’re a champ. I left church early because my cramps started and right now I’m in bed with a heating pad. it hurtsss so much ): at first i didnt realize it was my period because i have ibs and i mix up the pain a lot. anyways, but ive never thrown up or had hot/cold shakes during a period, you’re a champ 😭💞 i just got my period a year ago haha i have so much ahead of meeee
Yo Dude girl I’m just like u rn in bed cause I didn’t stay on top of the pain w medicine. And I’ve never thrown up before and this period I’m on rn I’m feeling it so bad I hope I don’t.
I also have ibs since age 7 and sever bad periods I posted all my symptoms been bad since I first started around 10 or 11 years old I'm 28 and things keep getting worse and I have bad severe PMS symptoms two up to a week or two before my period that make daily activities hard
Hello, @Yo Dude. To be in bed with a heating pad is useful, but only during pain is not enough and it's better to use the hot water bottle following an easy preventive thermal stimulation. Tell me, please, what means "ibs", because in Italy we have some different names and see also my today public message. I'll glad to better understand your situation, helping you not to suffer again.
Hi, @@carol-annemartinalolafrase8473 . Period mustn't be a damnation! Please, see my other today messages and then, if you like, write again: I hope to help you with your suffering.
@@osv1950 yes my period is horrible extremely painful cramps lower abdomen my back nausea dizzy sever hot flashes peeing alot none stop hungry no over the counter meds work for pain not even naproxen from a doctor
Literally today I was in math class and all of the sudden I got really bad pain. I felt like throwing up and passing out at the same time. I felt like I was being stabbed and I was sweating and shaking and it was awful! I was grabbing on to me desk and sobbing I was told to go to the nurse but I couldn’t get up, I knew if I got up I would pass out and I just wanted the pain to stop! It was the second worse time that I have ever had and I felt like it was never going to end! I’m a really shy person and I was making a scene but it hurt so bad I didn’t care.
The only thing that helps is naproxen sodium. Even with that too, it takes a few hours for it to go into effect. So I’ll be curled up in a ball for a few hours. :( try naproxen though and see if it helps. I know how it feels to have unbearable periods. I’m struggling with it right now.
faithxful I can say with age my symptoms have gotten better but nevertheless they still hurt if I don’t take medicine. But even when i do take medicine. I still have a lot of other symptoms.
faithxful my symptoms: Cramping in the lower abdomen , thigh and back Vomiting Diarrhea Hot and cold flashes Fatigue Tiredness Weakness Feeling Nauseous Fainting Sometimes headache I can’t eat much either, I have to eat soft food like yogurt, applesauce, etc. My symptoms usually last 1-2 days then I’m back to normal.
Sweetie you just don’t know how much your story resonates with me. But luckily you are still very young and have time to get the help you need. And at far as working, you can still work. Once you get the job just file for a work accommodation which is medical leave (FMLA of ADA) Family Medical Leave or Americans with Disability Act. It will cover you for the days you’ve missed at work without you being penalized. I am now eligible for this so my absences don’t count against me. For so long I was unprotected but I known it was the grace of GOD that didn’t get me fired because I too would miss a day or two a month from work.
I have same period has she does bro i hate it wanna get rid of this shit forever no lie I'm 23 years old I got my period at 12 my period still the same and older I get will wrose it gets
i would like to tell you but i really don’t like saying it when everyone can see but i can relate and i would want to talk to you but yea i hope you figure it out cause i don’t want to be like this forever
