Hahaha sorry! Just saw this comment now. I bought the figures off of eBay and they were sold in restaurants in France called "Quick" and yes they are fast food places.

@Moumita Ghosh to get a toy you had to order a child menu called "magic box" if I remember and it cost something like 4 or 5 euros

I bought them from a few sellers on eBay during the time period that Quick restaurants were having the promotion on. During this time since there were multiple listings they were cheaper but now they've gone up in price a little. Go to eBay.fr and type lolirock instead of .co.uk they'll pop up there instead and you can message the sellers and see if they'll ship them to you!
