Depends on the apartment 1 bedroom is 1450£ 2 bedroom is 1770£ (small) 2 bedroom is 1850£ (big) studio is 1350£ Last time, I heard the building has increased their fees as I no longer stay here

Oh mine came out earlier.. it could be due to the course you are taking..cos some courses have more traffics than others
