Talking about licenses, in Alberta (a province in Canada) you can get your learners license when you’re 14, so you can drive with a person who has a drivers license, at 14

Speaking for the UK, driving licenses are super expensive to encourage people to use public transport instead of having a personal vehicle UNLESS it's electric which is cheaper.

the reason that deiving licenses are so expensive here is because it's not the government that is doing licenses. it's private licensers. so you have to pay car maintenance, the tester's paycheck, gas, and all that jazz, it also takes about 2-3 months to fully complete it. it's basically like paying for school

On the driving topic... if you live in the country in Nebraska (where I live lol) you can get your permit at 14. That’s the earliest you can get in a car in NE. (Legally, of course)

In ND can get your permit at 14 and your license at 15 if you have taken drivers education. If you didnt take drivers ed you have to wait until ur 16 before you can get your license. I think the reason it is a lowe age is because ND is a big farming state so yeah!

Sometimes I forget that I'm only a couple of years younger than you Geometry Dashy people. Also, the driving age is so low because there's so few kids in those states, and they're so far away from each other, that it would be horrible inefficient to try and get a bus to all of them every day.

I believe it’s called a hardship license u can get one at 14 yes but where you are able to get this is more in like less populated area’s like South Dakota or Wyoming where there’s a lot of farmings and ranchers so the kids need to be able to drive to get into town to do whatever need be. But it is very difficult to get one anyways
