Today's vlog is a market vlog! This craft fair was pretty fun but it sure was a long day! I woke up at 5:30 AM and didn't get back home until 12:30 AM the next day! The event was successful but I definitely think Jacksonville might be a little cursed for me lol.

Omg! That’s so messed up that she ran your tent over and everyone acted like it’s no big deal. All the item business owners invest in are expensive and we take care of them for a reason. I’m glad she responded and will fix the issue. She should not have driven away though. Ugh! lol

I know how weird!! Weird vibes all around!!! I definitely feel like she knew she hit my tent and thankfully it wasn't a small dog or person sitting on the ground that she hit! I'm super grateful that she's taking responsibility but I definitely don't like that I had to be the one to reach out. I'm just glad I had a memory of what she looked like and what car she drove. If she hadn't been set up in front of me I would not have known who it was that did it and I would be out of luck because she wouldn't have known to reach out to me. She should've stopped driving and at least exchanged information. She's local, I'm the one who had a two+ hour drive back home!

She was extremely helpful and nice about it but it was super weird she just drove off afterwards. I think about how if I did not reach out she probably wouldn't have reached out to me about it at all

You need to get a roll of reflective tape and put it on your bins so they can be seen better at night. Also, you may want to put an antenna attachment with a orange tennis ball on your rear carrier.. The movement and height of it will attract attention. Better to be safe.

I actually do have reflective tape on both my bins and my hitch! This was my tent on the ground beside my hitch lol

When you showed the picture of the tent my face was like 😮😮😮. But thank goodness she wasn’t like the other lady in the other situation because man oh man can person be nasty! So glad you did well at the market !!!

Thankfully it will be replaceable and I'm really grateful she took full responsibility after I contacted her but a little annoying that I had to take the initiative to get it handled lol

Jacksonville is definitely a place where I need to always be on high alert lol. She was nice about it but only because I was like heyyy girl so awkward but you did hit my tent can you like...tell me why lol. They were definitely a hit and super cute! I've been working on making more this week!

GIIIIRRRRLLL!!!!!! You should NOT do markets in my town LOL!!!!! I literally had to stop your video and so my husband could watch the part about your tent.. I think if I were you I would have curled up in a ball and cried when she said she hit your tent LOL…. I was on the waiting list for MilkMart but got the email today they dont have any cancelations so we are now coming to Orlando for nothing LOL.. but I guess I got another vacsation out of it LOL.. So we are still going to go to milkmart to see how it is and hopefully get into the Christmas one. So I will stop by and say hello to you when we are there..> Wishing you so much luck this weekend!!! It’s going to be 96 degrees so take water and fans!!!! 😊

I know Jacksonville is for sure cursed to me!!! I know I considered opening the tent and checking it there on the spot but I was too shaken up that if I opened it and it was broken I would have died on the spot lol. I'm so sorry about MilkMart but now you get a fun vacay!! Sounds good see you then!! I'll have all my fans and my Coke Zeros lol!

The market looked so pretty and your setup is wonderful A driver should have spatial awareness of every bit of the vehicle they are driving or not be allowed to drive it. People sit in those big trucks but can't handle them and just go full ball into things, it's scary what damage they can do

It was definitely a fun market! It was by the beach so there was a good bit of foot traffic and the entertainment was super good!! I do agree it's scary because it could have been a number of different things that she could have hit, thank goodness it was just a tent not a person or animal!!

I didn’t know you could get Whataburger outside of Texas! That’s cool to know. The wait is horrendous. It doesn’t matter the time of day or location, just don’t be in a hurry. The milkshakes are amazing… it’s all I could stomach when I was pregnant 😂

There are literally 14 in and around Jacksonville!!!! I saw two within a five minute drive and I was so excited!! I know there's one near Charlotte NC because of family I have around there but I also didn't know there were any in Florida until this day! When I got home I tried to see if there were any closer than Jacksonville and there aren't but it's super weird how they are all just right there and no where else lol. I compare it a little bit to Culver's in terms of wait. It was really good, much bigger than I thought it was going to be and much more difficult to eat while driving lol. I do love a good milkshake next time I'll get one!!

I sooo wish we could have met up this time but with both of us having markets and the oh so lovely Florida weather. I PROMISE one of these days we WILL meet up. Oh I do have a lead on a good market on October 26th and it’s $50 booth fee. Let me know if you want more info. Oh I also found clips on Amazon that go on the peg board hooks to keep stuff from coming off the hook. I use one in the front nd one in the back so I can just take the hook with everything on it and put it in the bag so next market it’s so easy to just put the peg on the board with everything already on the hook.

I really do a combination of a lot of different things to find markets! I'm going to be doing a series of videos talking about market information but a good way to start is Googling craft fairs in your area and trying to find a least one good market that has an Instagram. From there you can see other businesses that follow the market or what business they follow and find other markets through those vendors if that makes sense! I'll show what I mean on video soon lol

I use the Libby app with my library card!! It's so convenient and easy to use! It's very similar to normal library stuff where you have 30 days to listen to your audiobook and you can have up to 10 holds at a time and I think 10 audiobooks checked out at once but I haven't needed to do that lol. She definitely should have stopped, based on talking to the other vendor she did stop and told the other vendor what happened and asked for their help to guide her around the tent after she hit it lol

what is up with some vendors? like I get it, things are slow cause of the economy but that doesn't mean to not be patient with others like that and be rude. Anyways, atleast the money was ok.

I know when the other vendor told me that the other one thought she hit my tent I kind of thought it was a joke because like why was she so chill about it? If I saw another vendor hit someones tent or anything I would definitely like...say something? Or try to be helpful in any way it was just kind of like oh she hit your tent but she thinks its fine okay bye! Like WHAT! I'm glad it went pretty good, I would've preferred more but I'm satisfied with the lessons I learned!
