so touched after seeing this sweet couple, brought me to tears, reminds me of my parents, staying committed towards each other and sharing meal and woe together whatever it takes, that is true love and dedication :)
Na beh... suddenly my house feels very dusty. Make my eyes water nia..... Really respect this couple, can feel their pain but they really support each other.
very touching story. all the hard working uncles and aunties in their stalls. they suffer pain from long hours of standing, embracing heat, lifting heavy things and handling all sorts of diners. modern vendors need to stop glorifying hipster food and adding unnecessary ingredients into traditional food to suit Instagram appeal. just keep it real with simplicity, the food that we have been eating for a long time.
Yes...that is how i feel. Keep it orginal and simple like it is. Dont over exaggerate things. Must maintain the traditions wholeheartedly . If not the real authentic taste of Singapore food will eventually die off and be long forgotton...
Despite all the struggles this couple has to go through, they still hang around and support each other. This really shows they are truly in love with each other and there's no doubt about that. They are such a role model for all married couples who we can learn from. I wish my own parents would watch this couple and learn something from them. I truly wish them all the very best for the future and may God bless you both. 🙏
This ias very heartwarming it made me cry. I admire their resiliency, strength and over all love for one another. I pray life would be a little less difficult for them; for all the remaining days of their lives.
@@OGS.Official I had laksa that day because the duck rice stall was closed. I was sitting directly facing your camera then I was kinda worried if you guys were taking time lapse but since nobody told me anything I just carried on.
No info about family members/ children. Well, in my opinion, setting up a laksa stall for his wife to manage alone is very taxing for her. Poor thing 😕
@mandy_145: It will give her something to do so that she will not be at home alone thinking of her loss all day. Also, she will have an income and social exposure so that she won't become isolated. This lady has a sweet, considerate and righteous husband. How good he is!!! May God bless them both. I pray that he can be healed or at least live with much less pain and much longer than he ever expected!! Support their stall please!🙏🏽🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Their Food is nice. But it's kinda sad because their competition is just right beside them and most people always go to their competition over them. I'll buy from the once in a while if I don't feel like eating rice.
FYI their ‘competitor’ was there for very long before they choose to divert their menu from chix curry to fishball noodles. Go ask the residents there. This is a sympathy video
@@user-pt2pc5uf1g LMAO, why the fuck would I wanna lie in a RU-vid comment? There is no material gain from giving out false information. I don't know the couple personally and I'm just saying what I see on a daily basis as a resident here. It's a fact that their competitors has more customers and their competitors not having curry chicken on their menu. I wouldn't lie as I gain nothing.
Such a beautiful family. God bless you. Please if you can trying taking 4life immune product. Since you have tried all, communicate with me if u interested.
Relly on God & yourself, then you'll be OK... Don't put your confidence on other people, even family member. When children all grown up, they have their own life struggle, and also they only have a bit of strength. When somebody hoping too much on some one else, and the other person can't fulfill that hope, it will cause heartache & disapointment. C'est la vie!
@@mirarami1055 i agree with you. Hawker job is a tough job. No one will want to take it knowing the high rental & the recent high surge of price hiking up. What i can suggest is Aunty look for a part time helper who can ease her burden at the stall. How many can she sell in a day?
@@tommyfield8449 Part time helper.... 🤔 This could work only if she could pay them. But for now, that's impossible. They already got "monetary amenia". Is there anybody would work for her without being paid? Even their children would not stand to do that kind of labour too long... In this present time, is there any rich &/ young person willing to do a labour of love for them? As for us, we can only pray for them 🙏
@@melonusk6120 Children must have been all grown ups and have careers or started a family also, maybe they feel they dont want to give them burden by telling them to work and manage the hawker if their hearts are not into the business
