Looking back at when you milled this pile of 2x4 & 2x6's and now delivering them to the house with the gentle giants. You are going to have ONE special house!! And the special memories to go with it!! First load of "your" lumber, not Lowe's or Menard's, Yours!!! Not many girls have been blessed the way you have with your parents!! So Impressed all the way around!! The delivery with the Gentle Giants really put a huge smile on my face!! Thank you for sharing that!! It was heart warming God Bless
Your fathers control of his horses is beyond impressive. The horses are beautiful and you are so lucky that you have your father and all of his help. ❤️
...haven't viewed channel since Fall...lumber delivered, horses trot and go backwards and this kid just bubbles, doesn't she? A real testament to Mom & Dad.
Abbey you must have had such an incredible childhood growing up. Your family is so hard working and willing to help each other. I think it is so amazing that your dad has trained and uses his horses for work. Seriously who can say that they get free milled kiln dried wood and delivers it too herself by horse and trailer???? I love the old school of hard work. I’m excited for you to get the inside of this house going. Nice work today Abbey!
Wow, Abbey! You are unbelievable. You jumped up on that cart like a pro. And the way you threw those boards on your porch was amazing! You are one talented woman. Your dream (which has become ours too) gets closer every day. Great job!
I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to see a family that comes together when one is in need. Also, a youngster as yourself so determined and motivated to achieve so much.
Love how you combine horse team with your house improvements! I'm certain it may not be the last time we will see you driving a team of horses carrying your lumber to your house!
Abbey, you have a very short list of what you can’t do- back up the horses so join us also in that we fans are on the same list. Up make me smile when you pick up the boards and give out a (rah) LOL. But hay how can we not be excited when you are excited. I commented about the first time you showed your house project and I thought to myself how’s a young girl going to accomplish this extensive renovation, so I asked what you knew you were getting into and what help you had. Your reply- was no concern I had a guy to help and dad was around….well girl you are not done but I can say you are a WINNER!
I have an increased respect for your work ethic, Abby !! Whatever it takes you just get it done !! Like today, you loaded the 2x4. studs onto the cart, then drove the Percherons to make the delivery to your house nearby. Then unloaded the cart and drove back to your parents house !! I'm impressed !! You're certainly not afraid of HARD work. You're awesome, Abby !!
Wow! You are a blessed young lady. I'm impressed at how much your dad and mom helps you with your dream home. I'm also amazed at how trained your dad's horses are especially being able to reverse.
I'll say it again, Abby - "You are one hard-working lady !! The way you handled that delivery of lumber was perfect !! Unlike most dogs, your Percherons follow your every command - even backing up was flawless for you !! Atta girl, Abby !!
I always watch your dad's videos buck and Ken did great as did you I watch your channel as well the house is going goof . Love your family. Keep the videos coming.
Every year while I was growing up a white pair of these big horses plowed our garden. They with a wagon were the main transportation for the couple that owned them. The wife hated going places in a car. She said she couldn’t see the flowers when they went so fast. 20 mph was to fast for her! They were beautiful people!!
Awesome Horses! I have been told that they don't naturally " back up " so easily but your Dad's team is smart, trusting, and just absolutely beautiful! You guys are an awesome family!
That was fun! Your Dad's got a really great channel too. Whoever named the cat Carol because she joined the family around Christmas, I love your thought process🙂
Abby, so picturesque! You can really see the size of the horses in relation to your front porch! They are huge and majestic! It is exciting to see fresh, new wood arrive at your house! Watching since the beginning, and you are at nearly 28K subscribers now!
Abby, you are a remarkable lady. I am looking forward to see what Jay does with the wood you delivered and unloaded at your house. It was very good to see the horses trotting home. 😀😀😀
I really think you guys should have a slow moving vehicle sign on your equipment when you go on the road. There are frequent cases of horse and buggy accidents here in Ohio, because people come on them so fast. Please stay safe!!
Oh thrills my heart to see your dad work the Percheron (so?) team! You’re blessed indeed! So happy and proud for you Abby! Can’t wait to see the house renovation progress! Hugs from Tennessee!
Hi Abby, wow this was definitely exciting to watch! Girl you’re really good with them big over grown babies ❤️ Super good parents, you’re are so Blessed!
Hey!!! What the Hay is happening here? A lovely young woman, sings beautifully, rides draft horses bareback, drives draft horses backwards, now is dragging lumber around and-- What!!! Rebuilding a House...good grief. Been watching Jim for awhile and so glad I finally checked in on your channel! Now going to watch the whole video. You go girl!
Beautiful seeing the horses, just beautiful. Love it. I rode one horse and the guy yelled at me because the horse kept eating stuff and stopping. It was such a great thing for me to even get on it. I was petrified. I did it though. Was surprised how soft the horse was and sweet he was. So cool they even back up. Wow! You drove the horses yourself how cool is that.
Man I wish my dad had a sawmill. Wood is so expensive these days. You are truly blessed and you are a hard worker. Most younger people these days feel like they are entitled to everything without working for it. You are a good person with a good family 😃
I LOVE those Percherons! Yes, I am excited to see the next stage of your renovations. Having been through it myself I find that the most gratifying part of the renovation work is framing. You get to truly see the layout of the rooms for the first time and can wander around through them as much as you like. Enjoy that when it happens!
I'm 62 years old so I need a refresher course on your horse lingo. My father told me once that gee and haw I believe one is right and one is left he use those terms on his work horses when he was young I don't remember which was which and I'm relying on a young person like you with a father with the knowledge that he has to refresh my memory thank you and by the way I have been enjoying your house renovation I'm surprised that by leaving lumber on the porch that it wouldn't grow legs and walk away. You run those horses like you were born to it which I'm sure you were with your dad teaching you how I only rode horses we got out and checked fence and brought in baby calves when they were born help the neighbor get his cows out to pasture but it was fun of course I don't do that anymore I don't bounce as well as I used to. This country keeps going the way it's going and your father may have a full-time job training people how to run horse teams
So excited for you the house is coming along really well. The horses are amazing I just love them having worked with heavy horses when I was young your Fathers channel gives me a great deal of pleasure.
Yeah ! moving right along and praying for spring and summer . Wonderful to watch your family work so closely together , never get's old or boring . Catch you next round . 💖🧡💛💚💙💜
So happy for you do being able to build your dreams and to have a helping hand in Jim is truly wonderful. And I love to see the horses work a little bit too
How amazing you are handling those giant horses. I can't imagine doing that. They really are well trained though. Thanks for sharing this part with us. Y'all have a Blessed day.
I hadn't seen you since you left your Dad's house with the lumber! I wanted to see you going down the road, now I did! Good job! The horses crack me up when they get that trot on, they are in a hurry! I knew what your Dad meant when he said "tie up the lines!!
Absolutely beautiful horses. You do so good with them. You're brave! Yes I'm very excited to see the house come together. I'll bet your parents are really proud of you. God bless you all.
