It took me more than 60 hours to complete the run, but I was finally able to manage it!
!Porta = PORTA RUN: Must remain level 2 to keep CD reduction from Porta. Delay movement to obtain boss chest before you reach tomes so that only ring can upgrade. Grab Laurel for level 2. Grab tomes. Level Laurel, Ring, and Tome to max only from boss chests. If done correctly porta will have enough CD reduction for the laurel shield to refresh faster than it can be removed and you become immortal even against the reapers.
