Thanks for this. I'm a masc presenting woman. I've never worn make-up since my teens. I think as you said I associate it with femininity but a lot of masc presenting women, trans people and cis men seem to have made it more acceptable now and it looks good. So thanks for this. I will probably need lots or practice to look like yours! 😂
Them: "I'd suggest talking to someone at the beauty counter to help you find your correct highlight and contour colors." Me: I know I'm an introvert, but wtf have I never thought of that, let alone anybody else recommend it before?! Seriously though, as (another) fellow gender fluid person, this is something I've been looking for a hot minute. So thank you so much!!!!
Omg, I've been trying all week to find subtle ways to use makeup to help me present more masculine and I can't wait to try this! I've just been referencing the first picture that comes up on google for male contour (which is probably stage makeup) and pictures of Adam Lambert, haha :)
Hello Travis! I just wanted to tell you that this video really helped me reach a much more masculine look for my day-to-day makeup, so thank you so much for posting this :)
I'm also genderfluid!💕💭💜🖤💙 This is so useful on the days when I feel/identify as a guy (I don't know what's the correct word, English isn't my first language) and want to pass as one
I can't wait to try this, i want to look like a femboy but im ftm so it's hard since i just look like a girl when i dress feminine. I hope this helps me!💜
This is really helpful partially bc besides being a tutorial i like how u talk about things u can do and how its different for everyone. Thank u so much!!
Thanks a lot for this video! You have great skill, and the finished look is so natural. Totally love the eyebrows! I have sensitive skin so I can't use a lot of products on my face, so I usually focus on my eyebrows/eyes. I will definitely try this out!
I'm def interested in doing that on a more daily basis. I'm non-binary/fluid myself, but I still have the desire to go on T and maybe have top surgery, so I guess I fall a bit in the middle there. I already have a pretty nice contour and highlight palette, though its all powder, should I get a cream contour still? Also I'm concerned about foundation. I have naturally very rosy cheeks and a few blemishes. It shows a lot in natural light and on picture, but I fear wearing a foundation might take the effect away a little? Unless I go maybe for a sheer one like BB/CC cream ? I did in the past a very intensely contoured face with that palette and boy, I look like my brother and like my dad on it. It was really freaking heavy though xD but it was fun. I was wearing full foundation that time but... that look would be easy to clock irl. Really easy.
Man, I was looking for tutorials for people who had a feminine face (like me) to look more masculine, not a person who’s face is already masculine with a tutorial to look more masculine
Thank you!! 😄 I just came out as non-binary and I needed a tutorial that didn't involve laying thick layers of contour everywhere!! I'm gonna try this! 😁👍 💛🤍💜🖤
