For your fruits, you need to put them in a glass containers instead of plastic containers because it’ll last longer so you’ll have time to eat them without them going bad so quick.
Alex - can u drop your leg day routine bro. I work out legs alot but do not got the same vascularity as you. And my body fat is pretty low . Could be genetics but maybe im not working out legs correctly . I normally do leg press, squats, lunges (all somewhat light weight, not going for prs or anything) . Walk on treadmill incline as well . Thanks bro
Yessir!! You're a mind reader, I'm about to drop a short going over my leg day routine here right now if you want to give it a look. I definitely don't PR either but you should be struggling or failing in the 8-12 rep range. Even falling short of that is fine bc those reps where you can barely get them up are when you see growth. As for the vascularity, I do think most of that is genetics for sure
My advice for leg day as someone who had similar complaints 1. Each workout should leave you struggling a bit and by the end of the workout your central nervous system and legs should be truly taxed and exhausted, you should feel tired just driving back home 2. Do the things that don't seem pleasant like lunges/Bulgarian barbell deadlift (king of booty and hamstring gains), hack squats etc 3. Follow the baddies, if girls are doing it then it's effective plain and simple and you should try it to. The girls know what's up when it comes to leg day bbyyy
