I know, when they called me the day before my appointment and told me that they couldn’t get an aftermarket window and had to order from ford. I thought I was going to be out the rear sliding window. I’m glad it’s done.

I felt so bad for him, it ended costing $1300. The crazy part was, when he Brock the rear glass, I was at the ford dealer having my Bronco’s rear glass replaced. Hey, have a great day.

Wow, sorry for this happening Fred. Landscaper should have had his chute down or bagger on. Not all bad luck, Good luck is you or someone else was NOT in the line of fire as you could have been hurt or even killed. My neighbor once was mowing, with his chute up, and he kicked up a metal landscape stake. It shot from his yard, across our street and through my vinyl siding. It was stuck in the siding about chest high, a distance of over 50 feet! Good job of getting back up and running and thank you for sharing!

Man, thats a scary story about the landscape spike. You know, my landscaper always cuts my grass on the day I’m at work. That week he came in a different day and the Maverick was in the driveway. He probably has been hitting my house with rocks for years and I never knew. TI cost him a whole years of mowing, it sucked for both of us. Well, it is what it is. Hey, you have a great day.

Typically, most dealership service departments make a call to a local glass company to do the installation. That's why a dealership is usually more expensive.

I think I would be looking real close at the rest of the truck as well. I always put my Maverick in the garage for this reason.

Yes, I did look Ike’s at everything, luckily no other rock hits. I wish I could keep it in the garage, but I have my Bronco in there and my wife has the other side. The Maverick is never there, he came on a different day. Hey, have a great weekend

It wouldn't be a claim against your insurance, it would be against your landscaper. This is why I carry $0 deductible on my comprehensive

Yes, that is how it should be. But here in Florida it’s what’s called “ no fault insurance “ which means even if they r not your fault it still equals a claim on your own insurance. I know it’s BS and needs to be changed.
