Meermin does offer wide sizing in their MTO from time to time. I would reach out to them for a particular shoe. They can probably do it for a fee. That would be an 8.5 wide. If they can’t (or you don’t want to wait or pay for an MTO) I’d probably go with a 9. I used to wear an 11.5E end the 11 fit about the same. They have some lasts that are wider, like the HOK which Id go with a 8.5.
