A hashtag wasn't enough for me to connect with fellow victims of sexual abuse/violence/assault. So as part of my healing journey, I offer one of my #metoo stories to the public, to make the #metoo movement more 'real'.
#metoo What is so frustratingly horrid is that I have hardly ever met a woman who hasn't had one or more of these incidents. I think heaps of guys enjoy being the bad guy infact I think they believe it's thier right. I also don't believe most of these perpetrators think its a big deal. I don't think you have to' fairly' share some guilt laden responsability as some things are pretty fuckin obvious and if this guy finds it that easy to just go ahead, despite what must have been your more than obvious 'dear in the headlights get me out of here look' than its definately part of his personality, belief system, and inherent fucked up thought process. When a young girl is scared, panicked and frozen in confusion it's pretty friggin obvious. This guy new exactly what he was doing and how much he could control you. Zero tolerance. Girls are VERY aware that when on your own in these situations even trying to back out tactfuly and politely can make the guy react with anger and violence and selfrightous demands, and we know that once that hits any ensuing complaint from the girl will just fuel his selfrightous physical assault. He will then blame her for making him cross and losing control. He knew what he was doing before he invited you back to an empty apartment. Fully premeditated. Also so often young girls don't wish to appear rude and feel guilty for thinking that 'this guy is dodgey' before proven cause that would be unfair to another poor harmless bloke whos just 'trying to be friendly'. I know of quite a few men in this town alone who have, predated, drugged and raped, 10 yearold girls and young teenagers for years and are walking the streets drinking lattes in thier rainbow tiedyed singlets. These men are not only well known but also part of the 'Boys will be boys' and the ever cringingly popular 'just boys having fun' era. They know full well what they are doing and actively predate and manouver themselves into these positions. He had you in his sights rightaway. They pretty much allways do. We live in a seemingly sweet small town, watching our young daughters grow.....statisticaly if 1 in every ? man is an abuser or predator or domestic bully then?...look around...creepy isn't it? So often they offend close to home...the butcher the painter the candlestick maker...

MOST women that they find tell the story that they were rape every day but in the real world , men do not have lot of saying about sex but they do what the women want, so she is the one who is deciding and it is not alway fun for a guy.
