As someone who's currently going through the hellscape that is middle school, I totally get your perspective. Advice to any freshies: -Everyone is too neck-deep in their own insecurities to notice that one pimple on your chin -Everyone hates themselves more than they hate you.

tbh middle school hasn't been too bad for me I just dislike a teacher and pretty much everyone is doing drugs in the bathroom. I saw these two girls I know doing meth or heroin and I hugged them because they almost fucking tackled me. That was kinda a bad idea, but no one said anything, and I asked some people if I smelled and they said no. Anyways the girls got caught and one is suspended till March. Then there was the weed brownies, the two drug dealers, the guy who got caught juuling, and the fights that happen every two seconds smh. Keep in mind that all of that is mostly in 8th grade. And all the high school freshman are afraid of our school(?)

Middle school is full with bullshit drama, fights and “hard” classes and a lot of undone homework.

Oml XD I've been into warrior cats since I was 7 I'm 14 rn, I was surprised when you mentioned the series.

In 7th grade engineering my thing wasn’t staving my teacher told me” refresh your page” and I said “no it will get rid of my project” “just do it” “no” “do it” so I did it and my project got deleted and I said “I told you, it got deleted” “it won’t take that long to redo” I despised that class after that and social studies became my favorite class, social studies. I hated 6th grade social studies with all my gut, and honestly in social studies we basically could do whatever we wanted because the teacher never got mad….good/bad times

I actually had a really similar story: I was in a public speaking class in 7th grade. I had to make a video on something I knew so well that I could teach the whole class about it. I also had to show the video to the class. I decided to make a video on how to replace ram (memory) on PCs. The PC I was demonstrating with (my PC) was pretty heavy so I did a couple grunts. See, I wanted to act masculine so instead of only grunting, I moaned sexually. I wanted to make it look more faked so I didn't look super feminine like I couldn't lift a PC. And instead of editing it out, I kept it in thinking "eh I'll just skip it". Anyways, I was showing the video and I thought I could skip over it. I did skip over it but my class could still hear the moans because the timeline still played sound, even if you skipped over it. Everyone heard it and laughed so now a lot of sophomores in my high school think I'm weird (the class was mostly kids in 8th grade and I'm a Freshman in High School now)

When I was in grade 6. I was supervising grade 1s at lunch.. now other people in my supervising group look back at this like "*my name here* supervising grade 1s was horrible.." When I was in middle school I had a breakdown before the beginning of 7th grade a few days before school.. it was for the stupidest reason. I had just gotten my schedule and I was talking with like my only good friend and she said, Yeah, I have 4th period lunch. I think I cried there, as she told me online, not face-to-face, and then I said, I have 5th. I went around and asked all my comrades who weren't close but didn't judge me too much because I was ugly and still kinda am. All of them had 4th period lunch. I was freaking out, I knew that I could not go into lunch with no body to sit with and just loneliness and I can't spoil the end because it's going to happen In a few days wish me good luck I'm still mortified of walking in and nobody letting me sit with them and having to sit alone and be stared at or eating in the library...

If I left my homework in one of my classes then I'd think "Yes! An excuse to not do homework!"

All right so, in UK we have 2 schools, primary and secondary, primary is ages 4-11 and Secondary is 11-16 so that's why your confused, your welcome!

I’m a Freshman now, but y’all, middle school was rough. Personalities changed on a whim, 7th grade hurts like bitch if you don’t pay attention in class(I should know. If I didn’t fail math in 7th grade I would have had two credits under my belt right now.), and puberty, oh god, puberty. Only advice I have for you is to focus on your grades and mental health. Too many people I know started cutting once stress from grades got to them, and they hated it. Also, don’t stress if you don’t have that many friends. I lost all my friends since I went to a different high school from them, but now I have like 3 different friend groups in like a span of 3 weeks, and I’m not even that great at socializing.

Middle school is basically late primary school/junior school in the UK while elementary school is basically early primary school/infant school. Secondary school is high school accept we stat and finish it a couple years earlier before going into college or doing apprenticeships at 16 years old. We terms secondary school and high school are also interchangeable here. Everyone is required to stay in education until they are 18. College is also free like school unless you stay longer or go to a private one. Finally, we call pre-school nursery and kindergarten reception and the rest of the grades we call years. Now you know a shit load of pointless information on a subject completely irrelevant to you.

I'm in the UK and primary school's (pretty much middle school) are for ages 4 to 11 the school before that is nursery which is 2 to 4 and secondary school (high school) is ages 11 to 17 (we don't have a elementary)

(I’m going into 8th grade and I’m sure I have good stories from 7th but 6th grade was... interesting😳 Sooooo in 6th grade I was a furry AND, if that wasn’t bad enough, I made Littlest Pet Shop videos. A bit before 6th grade started I even told people at my school about my littlest pet shop RU-vid channel🤦🏻‍♀️ I was so invested in those freaking toys that I had an account on “LPS Amino.” I also had a bunch of characters called “OCs” and read Warrior Cats literally everyday. Welp, now you know about my 6th grade😳
