Brilliant. Your words are sweeter than anything I could do. For 2 hours being bathed in the Truth, the Joly Spirit's Love and Light shining into the mind. I’m still Listening to this! Thank you!!! When you say we were not born. I know this. I remember my first memory of illusion here. Thank you on the illusion of illness. This has been difficult for me as well. I will totally work on this forgiveness of my illusion of being ill. And knowing I am holy and well. No body, nothing .❤️✌🏽

Keith, thank you for sharing your Awareness experiences and how it has changed so far. I hold on to my 6 month Awareness experience from 1978-79, knowing it is possible, wanting to find my way again through the clouds. Thank you for sharing your experience. ✨️💖✨️

Thoughts are not the problem. How could they Be.? They are not even YOU'RS OR YOU. They are the thoughts ,you THINK you think. There the seperate ego mind thoughts. They Are merely something,you're Aware of. No need to realy get Rid of thoughts you never had.You can realize they are literally not youres. The real thoughts I Think with the Holly Spirit are the vibrations of love And unity riding on miracles and forgivness,, Sharing a little wormth and Humming a bar or Two of heavens Song, Shining bitts of time, To light

"I'm insane and I am willing to forgive myself for it". I guess it's a good way to say since I don't know how to forgive myself and I still judge myself a lot when I am insane. The willingness will do it, right?

Is there any evidence that this body me other than the thought? Yes...I see it...everyone else does too... can you go further? I can't say it all that there is..but it seems to be part of what I am..

If we aren’t seperate and none of this here is real, why do anything at all? Why even bother going on? If I have a thought “I’m hungry” but it’s an illusion why ever bother eating again? If I want to show kindness but it’s not real but nothing here is real, what’s the point in helping anyone? That’s where I get tripped up.

You're trying to bring truth to illusion and understand truth from the perspective of illusion. You're staying identified as a separate self, an ego, and saying, "why should I, the ego, do anything?" But you're not an ego. When you undo your ego identification in the Holy instant, the body, the dream figure, will look after itself and be kind, loving and helpful in the dream. It will reflect you knowing of what you are and what your brothers are. When you think you are the body, it will hold grievances, be unkind, suffer and be apathetic
