highly recommend u fit some sb's, 2 or 3 would be ideal, when u come up against a bomber fleet, those sb's will mitigate a decent chunk of incoming dps by popping torps

Nullsec barges should be fit for align not tank. A barge that gets caught in null is dead with the exception of storing it in the Rorq which has its limits. The safest barge is the one that doesn't get caught in the first place. Nozzle joint rigs will get barges off a belt quicker than a hyper dictor can warp onto the grid. Also the Rorq should NEVER fit a neut, it can only be used on one ship at a time. A faction smart bomb should ALWAYS be fitted, this means Kikis cannot neut the Rorq without getting smart bombed and it will also destroy some of the DPS incoming from Torp Bombers.

If you cant fit a LSE on an exhumer after the fitting changes, you are doing it wrong.
