I am finally opening up about losing my first baby. I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks in 2022, followed by two chemical pregnancies so you can say I experienced recurrent pregnancy loss. I am now blessed to be pregnant again---pregnant after loss with my healthy rainbow baby!
In this video, I talk about finding out I was pregnant for the first time, telling my family I'm pregnant, my miscarriage story, my D&C procedure, and other options to treat a miscarriage offered to me, as well as a bit about my chemical pregnancy experience and my current pregnancy.

Thank you for sharing your story it really helped me...I'm going through it right now.We had our second ultrasound yesterday and got the results today and it was not good our baby still did not have a heartbeat😢our little angel will always be remembered ❤️

Aww I’m so sorry for your loss. It is definitely hard so take all the time you need to grieve and heal both mentally and physically.

I just had my first MMC, found out 2 weeks ago and had my D&C a week ago. Seeing other women’s stories has comforted me than I would ever have imagined. Knowing it’s a heartbreak so many feel every minute on this earth

Yes that’s exactly how I felt when I went through mine. It definitely felt like I was the only one at first but the more I watched these videos, the more I was encouraged. I’m so sorry you had to go through this and I’ll be praying for your strength and peace as you seek to move forward.

@@lifewithtrenel thank you for replying!. It’s been hard and just thinking of getting pregnant again terrifies me. How did you get past your fears with the future pregnancy and when did you feel “ready” to try again

@@Ncn-og7kq I honestly wasn’t fearful. I really wanted to conceive again as soon as possible because I wanted to be pregnant again and I felt like that would be the only thing that would bring me true peace. I’d say though looking into if there was a cause or if there is anything you or your partner can do now to prepare for a healthy pregnancy, do that. Otherwise, trust that every pregnancy is different. 🌈

Thank you, Alana!❤️ Time does heal wounds so it was much easier for me to record this video now then it would have been when everything was fresh. But I really do hope it helps other women who unfortunately had similar experiences as me.
