When I first found sims builds on youtube, I watched a ton of videos and then when I got back to my game I CRINGED at my build cause it was literally just a box 😂😂😂

@Sofia P Yeah, I thought was becoming a design genius when I figured out how to put a porch on it. My houses are still pretty boxy, but they are very functional. But then I would just take houses from the game and fix them up a little. That let me take advantage of the look of their designs and add the functionality of my designs to them. It was the best of both worlds.

That's what I did for my builds until a week ago I started getting creative

You can do soooo much with the bb.moveobjects cheat when you're using The Sims 3 camera. That's why you see so many Simmers using it in TS4 build mode.

@@t_sizzler_2032 Yes I know that. I build too. But I'm always switching between the cameras. I just can't get the hang of moving around Sims 3 style.

I use sims 4 camera

I use sims 4 camera, I only use sims 3 camera when I wanna freely rotate items. There's a shortcut to switch between cameras so you don't have to open the settings everytime.

Nahtini to be fair, everyone’s family is different. me and my parents have humor that would make us come off as assholes to people who don’t know us, but it’s how our humor is and always has been. it’s all light hearted teasing.

It’s a joke, my mom and I are like that too. Same with my friends, we joke make fun of each other, like my friends play the violin and viola. When I play it, they tell me I suck, but it’s a joke and I know that because it’s not my area of skill, same thing when they sing. It’s not actually mocking, her mom knows that it’s not a big deal, and if she really felt mocked she could have stopped it, she wanted to be in the video. It’s all a joke and how they probably are in terms of sense of humor

she doesn't understand that even if her mom has watched all of her videos, she still doesn't know the basic controls, not to mention the generation gap where we've grown up with computers but our parents haven't which makes everything harder for them

Snakestelle it’s just a system/method. I personally don’t have the money to buy all the packs, the only way to get some sort of gameplay out of the Sims 4. It worked for me &. I just want to help others. A big portion of the community do it anyway.

Snakestelle I already have paid for the sims 4 and a couple of packs. And there’s no need to throw insults around when you know nothing about me, just as I know nothing about you. I’m not necessarily broke, just don’t want to give a money grabbing company what they want from my hard earned money. Also, it’s not illegal. I couldn’t get in trouble for it. It’s the people who have put the link up (actually made the way to access the packs) it requires no coding or anything since that’s already done. It states in the law that only the person who created the link for people to access these packs should be held guilty, not those who are just using what they created.

@Snakestelle Dude, she bought it on ps4 already, calm down. I bought the game on xbox and am really considering downloading it on pc for free. I don't want to pay for the same game twice. Duh
