That fight was much closer than most remember it. Miesha getting the takedown in the 5th meant she was very likely going to win that round even if she didn’t get the finish, which would have led to a draw as she had a 10-8 round in round 2. No, she would not have taken the belt, but she wouldn’t have actually lost the fight either.

i wish rousey would come back to fight meisha one last time...kinda repair her legacy win or lose, what a shame, anyway enough about that person, Miesha winning was great, she's not some athletic freak, she worked hard and has the heart of a warrior, holm is a warrior as well, strong inside and out and has maybe the most dangerous legs in wmma, I mean she uses them so well
