I used to have the same problem with sleep schedule. Tbh you just have to suffer until it works itself out. After months of trying to go to bed at 9:30 and laying awake until 2-3am my body finally adjusted. That was years ago and I’m now permanently someone who goes to bed early and gets up early!

Heyyy Kayli look about waking up early and then crashing up in the middle of the day, to me i found the best solution for this is actually taking Caffeine supplements, one is enough, when you feel like you are gonna SLEEP. I take one and after 30 mins or so im soooooooo awake and can get productive again 🤎🤎🤎 its the only way for me bc im someone who has TONS of studying, chores, exercise, and work to do so I personally can only sleep 3 to 4 hrs a day sometimes 2 😂😂 so take it from me, caffeine pills are sooooooo effective to make you shift your schedule however you want and get productive again 🤎🤎

I saw someone a couple days ago put 300 paper straws in her hair. She had pretty long hair, and she just took little bits and rolled them around the straws. Idk how long she kept them in, I don’t remember her name, I’m so bad lol but the result was cool. For some reason it then mad me think of crimping irons, anyone remember those? top tip for adjusting your sleep schedule: try doing it gradually, go to bed and wake up 30 mins earlier every week until you reach your goal!

Dont beat urself up over your sleep schedule it has to do with the hours of the sun and your internal clock the past couple weeks ive had the exact same sleep schedule as u and it sucks but just ride it out if your body wants to do that dont fight it!!
