hey girl an ice roller would be used before skincare :) I recommend using it on clean dry skin and then apply your products ! also make sure to let the roller defrost for a min or so after pulling it out of the freezer to avoid giving yourself an ice burn and also make sure to sanitize it with a cotton ball with alittle rubbing alch on it before putting it back in the freezer (I highly recommend storing it in a clean plastic zip lock bag to avoid contamination !

Starbucks literally gets me out of bed to, I overthink about everything I have to do for the day so I don’t want to get up and start but I think of Starbucks and I automatically get up, so yes it can get you up out of bed and start a productive day❤️❤️

I’ve been visiting in NY for a while since I moved down south back in February and so far since I’ve been back…..I’ve done some yoga with a few of my cousins, I got my hair done, I did some shopping, and I spent some quality time with my girlfriend. The only thing I didn’t do was visit my college friends at my old college because I didn’t have time to, but hopefully I get to see them for the summer.
