Good insights gents. There are 3 phases men go trough. 1 - Nice guy, 2 - Bad boy and 3 - Powerfull confident man (Gentleman). Most men stay in nice guy phase, some transition to bad boys and a very small percentage jump to the gentleman level. When you reach to the gentleman level, you stop doing things from a point of view of needing something from people / women. You simply do things from a place of giving because you are an experience to be with and you're not attached to the outcome. You can have the girl but you're totally fine to let her go if need be. You're on a abundance mindset.

Ive been married for thirty years today to the same woman. These guys are absolutely right. Young men go to the gym and workout. If a woman knows you will walk when she starts shit she will treat you better. Never start off being serious with a woman. Work into it. Start working on a education so you can make more money. If you go to the gym and get ripped the women will fall all over you. You still have to treat women right and at least be able to talk to them alittle. Remember it is far easier for a woman to get laid than it is a man. Imagine if your fat and out of shape and a nice looking woman is looking at a man that is in shape or you who has a beer gut. Who is she going to pick? Not all the time but most of the time it is true. I didnt get into good shape until I hit my thirties, I had a IT business in a downtown area working in alot of high rise buildings. The secretaries knowing im married would throw themself at me and they were married. Women want a MAN, a hunter gather, the protector. i always struggled in the dating world when i was in college, I met my wife I think because she saw great provider, but I soon learned that the more shit i took off of her the more shit she gave me until i put my foot down. She threatened to leave me once and i had enough of her crap and I said get the hell out Ill pay child support but ill sleep good at night with another woman when she leaves and I told her i was not desperate and she straightened out. Now she gets pissed off because women sometimes stare at me. Not just because im in great shape, or that im so rich (im not but i make decent money), but I think its because the way i carry myself around people now. I essentially had the same conversation with my 21 year old son. He brought over this smoking hot Latina to the house and he treated her like shit. Nothing mean but he didnt wait on her hand and foot like I probably would have when i was his age and this girl was all over him. I ask my son does that hot looking girl give you any shit, he said nope, she knows better or he will walk. I have done my job at that point.

I have watched probably hundreds of hours of content from Rollo, Rich, Stirling, Rion Stone, and the other Rule Zero crew since my bad breakup with a girl who most definitely had BPD (addict as well). This episode in particular was very practical and one of my top favorite videos I have seen in a while. Cheers brothers.

WOW....as a 47 yr old woman I'd love to dissect this video in a conversation from a woman's perspective. I consider myself open minded and maintain a respect for men. I'm always doing work on myself and continuing to learn about men is an interest of mine. I find the discussion on the shallow end, however, it takes all kinds of kinds. We all have the natural instincts that are hard wired. Men= providers and protectors women=nurturer and child bearing. There is SOOO much more to sex, love and connections. At the end of the day...it's your life and you have the choice to live it however you see fit...it's whatever floats your boat. It's been interesting watching your perspectives.

I agree with Jwaller on the general idea of read 50shades. After I read a few romance novels I started to see the theme that its a continual series of foreplay so to speak. What I'd suggest is watch a bunch of RP content, whether its Rollo, F&F, Stirling or whatever, and then read a few of these stories. All the RP stuff is in there. However, the game isn't being explained, its being lived through vicariously by the female reader. It helps to sink the ideas into a reality.

The reason these guys are very successful with women is BALANCE. They have the a superior level of achievement in the 3 areas that are required to get women: Financial success Physical fitness/attraction Game/experience dating The very difficult challenge is balancing all 3 aspects. It’s extremely difficult to max out all 3 areas because they can be counter productive. To be really fit requires time which takes away from the time needed to work to make money. Both these guys are over 6’ tall though, and good looking facially so they’re enjoying some benefits they didn’t earn. But they worked for the rest. Women want it ALL today. If you wanna get a woman AND keep her you gotta have some level of financial success (probably in top 20% of men), be fit, and know how to talk to women and treat her
