The second doctor with the woman concerned about a lump is so so lovely. Incredibly kind, gentle and caring without being condescending or smothering. Just the right amount of professionalism and humanity. I'm so impressed.

@@pansprayers most likely psychological or a placebo kind of effect. He probably thinks that because he's taking something it should have an effect on his mind. Ibuprofen doesn't do that unless it's something like nurofen plus (ibuprofen/codeine). As codeine is an opioid which has psychological effects

Electric shocks in legs are most likely from nerves regenerating from spinal surgery. It’s an awful feeling! I had this from having thyroid surgery. The front of my neck and going into my chest was full of electric shock sensations. Also after I had Vascular surgery. I had right ilio bypass graft which is block artery in right pelvis. Had 3 incisions. Across tummy, right groin and about 5 inch incision inside right ankle. Still have some numbness in right leg from nerves that never regenerated.

I agree. It’s amazing that he thinks it has nothing to do with the surgery. It certainly does. I’m sure it’s pinch nerves. I have had lumbar back surgery due to scoliosis, and have similar sensation after surgery.

She's probably anxious about her health. It is not a question about basic anatomy. You cannot judge her solely based on this episode. You don't know if she has had any health scares in the past, or if she has lived through a loved one who has been very ill.

Dear all, heartiest thanks for your kind reply. But still I’m confused. Cause, keeping a attendant/female nurse is for Doctors own safety. How it could be depend on patients choice ? !! So many harassment complaints raise against doctors in Australia 🇦🇺,UK and also in other countries.

@@patkelly6349 wow you must be one of them that dismissed my concern for years until pelvic floor disorder resulted in foot drop and permanent nerve damage. They assume because they don't have an answer they know everything and she's hypochondriac. This lady didn't even relaise right away that she broke her back ans you assume she's a malingerer? The I was told I should be grateful only half my genital are numb.
