Hi Gaurav, Lots of Love!! I always got for eggs that they increases cholesterol (egg yolks I mean). Daily cholesterol intake is 300mg for a healthy person. but 2 egg yolk itself give more that 300mg cholesterol. Recent study shows that cholesterol from eggs make a minimal amount of increase in blood. Can you please get me a brief/detailed view on this. Thanks!! Love your both channels. Keep them comin Bro!!!

Rameez Shamoun there is something called GI , which is an index of how fast your blood will absorb the food you eat. Eat something healthy for energy and calculate its digestion time. Egg when consumed raw digests fast compated to half boiled or omlet. Glucose gets absorbed very fast as you all know. Banana is better compared to boiled potato . Different gym coaches tell different things to consume before and after its based on your research what fits you best. I have a green tea on empty stomach and before gym. After gym I have oats with fruits buts and protein powder.

Sir personally main aapka fan hun....but sir ek baat main batana chahta hun....gym wale banday sabhi protien ki help se hi bulk up kartay hain....and humare pass sources bhi limited hi hain...eg eggs chicken meat whey etc...but yeh sabhi items body main acid level increase kartay hain....and main reason bhi wahi hai heart attack ka....sir pls ek aisi diet recommend kare jo blend ho perfect protein and alkaline food items ka... thank you sir
kiisne boldia bhai ki acid level increase krte h, dont eat meat its red meat(goat beef pork etc) which is not good for health and high in fat,, eat only chicken fish eggs n whey mai hardcore non veg hu n mje ajtk acidity ki problem nhi hui.. dont add to many spices
First of all chicken and meat aren't separate things as you mentioned chicken comes under the meat and secondly , supplements do not cause any health issues as such if you know what to purchase and how to use it. I have used many supplements but there hasn't been a single health issue due to them. I constantly get my cholestrol, kidney profile etc tests done and everything is normal.
