Man, I grew up in a single wide trailer as well. ain’t nothing wrong with that. Now as far as the one across the street, it is an older couple they had a house there and the house is actually still behind the trailer. There was a storm one night and a big oak tree fell into their house. They had just refinanced that house and didn’t have the money to fix it. I don’t really know why they didn’t fix it with insurance or what but long story short it almost bankrupt them and they just put that single wide there because that’s all they could do, I don’t really think their other house was totaled. I think they got taken advantage of via the insurance company and this is the result like I said they didn’t even have the money to tear the other house down. It still stands behind the trailer. He had open heart surgery last year so last year I mowed the grass all summer this year I still mow up by the road in the ditch. I spray all the weed killer and weed it for them as well. I help as much as I can. kind of a sad story, but that’s the story. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

Yea I deff need to do something for the edge! I though about getting some concrete pavers or something to put all across there. You think the Timbers would be better?

@@COLTSWAY I’m just thinking the Timbers would be softer vs pavers would be a hard edge rubbing a hard edge. A 6x6 or a railroad tie or something like that. Plus the pavers might start buckling a little too with driving over them. The Timbers are cheap and not too much work, especially now before they backfill the edges. Keep it up, love the channel👍🏻 You ever look into upgrading the instrument cluster to the fancier lariat style? I bent eyeing them up

Yea that sounds like the way to go with the Timbers. I have thought about it, but dang it’s so pricey…..

@@COLTSWAY you talking the whole perimeter or just that spot by the gate? The whole perimeter might be more cost effective to just use decorative stone or even some crushed limestone type material. Spray it with some round up every once in awhile for weeds and you’re done. Here in WI a truck load is around $500. For the gate see if you can’t score a couple old railroad ties. They replace them here and just leave the old ones sitting there. Ain’t gotta be fancy, just effective. I used to be able to carry them on my shoulder but I’ll give you a tip, you only get one shot at it, if you’re off your mark just get the hell out the way😂

Did like work for 13 years. I work in the power industry still. Department call Field Metering. Same pay scale as a lineman just not the call outs and overtime as much. A lot more family time, which is what I wanted. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸
