Bro, why don’t you run Fusion Deployment in this deck? You can Special Summon almost the entire deck (from Neos to Neo-Spacians to Yubel) for no cost, basically a Neos Fusion 2.0: Special Neos, Normal a Neo-spacian and you have the materials for a contact fusion.

I don't think you can SS after using Neos Fusion. From rulings: "From the time it resolves until the end of the turn, the effect "You cannot Special Summon monsters" is applied."

I have an Air Neos but its name has been lost to time guess konami is getting what it wants to erase its existence. Like wise while design wise i like chaos neos and glow neos i don’t like chance cards so I never run glow moss in my deck profiles either.
